Gary has been maintaining my heating system for some years, also other family members systems. He has lastly changed my Boiler for a new higher efficiency unit. Always Professional, always prompt, courteous, and tidy. Highly recommended by me, and the other family members too.

Review after 6 months of using new boiler in winter:
Highly recommended(5 star)! We got only 1 quotation where gray from GRB was ready to move my boiler to new location (near to exit wall with less boiler flue extension) best move.
Got hive setup with new boiler done nicely by him and he guided us about new app very clearly.
I asked close to 100 questions about new boiler he answer all of them without any issues.
Very clean work done by him with all extra insulation on pipe which are going all the way to old water storage.
I used my boiler whole winter no issue reported all things working as expected.
In future will be using Gray from GRB for any plumbing and heating requirements or issues.
Once again thanks for installing new boiler on new location, highly recommended to everyone who wants to install new boiler or any other job.

Gary became our 2023 hero when he managed a full gravity system to combi boiler conversion just before Christmas. An absolute pleasure to work with, from the initial quote meeting to completion of the installation, he even squeeze in extra time to accommodate a last minute request to help with a replacement for the no longer needed power shower. He has taken the time to review all instructions with us so we can take full advantage of all the tech that came with the new device. Definitely recommended!

On a previous inspection, Gary through his thoroughness found issues with my boiler installation that had been done by another company. The issues resulted in Gas Safe having to do an inspection and requiring parts of the installation to be corrected. Gary is clearly very knowledgeable of his trade and offers sensible and impartial advice. I trust him and his work completely and he would be my first choice for any other gas or plumbing work required.
