Superb product!
The all natural sourdough dough balls are the best I have used. There is a wide range of quality products to accompany the dough balls, including a variety of mozzarella and pizza sauces. Finally the speed of delivery is really impressive, particularly useful if you require the dough balls and other items at short notice.

Items never arrived
Items never arrived - all attempts to deliver by us failed. Tried to blame us saying we hadn't put address in properly - Walmley Golf Club - had been removed by them - although correct postcode only relates to us - they said they had tried to deliver - no one in!
On next attempted delivery on our side - they just never turned up - refund refused, will never use them again. Attitude unacceptable.

Regarding the address, I want to reassure you that we have no ability (or reason) to alter an address once an order is placed. Our system is automated, so the shipping label is generated exactly as the details are entered at checkout. If "Walmley Golf Club" was missing from the label, it unfortunately means it wasn't captured in the address fields during the checkout process. Had we spotted this error before shipping, we certainly would have fixed it for you.
We are very sorry that you felt our attitude was unhelpful; that was never our intention. We tried to offer a solution to help resolve the situation, but we understand you were not happy with that outcome.
We wish you all the best and happy golfing (one of our founder's favourite sports, and he is already talking about the Master's!).

I saw the advert on facebook and went on there website looked at what they had to offer and read most of the reviews .
So I placed my order, I recived 12 doe balls 2 bottles of sauce 2 tubes af dust and a big bag of mozzarella and instructions, I have now made a few pizzas and they have been fabulous the pizza doe is amazing will definitely be ordering again

Dough was ok
Dough was ok. BUT, I keep getting inundated with emails from them and there is no option to remove myself from a mailing list, which I never signed up to in the first place.
I have emailed the company and they were less than helpful. I am still receiving emails almost daily.
A blatant disregard of any sort of data policy. I will be referring them to the information commissioner. Do not use if you value your data.

Gluten Free
Ia ordered everything gluten free as im celiac and wanted us all as a family to make them together. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the experience of making their own pizza's as did we. We will definitely be ordering again. The only thing I will point out, is if someone orders a whole delivery gluten free and you send a free gift (which is appreciate by your buyes) it needs to be gluten free aswell. Otherwise it's a perfectly good product going in the bin.

Superb dough! Pretty impressed with the people there too! This isn’t your poor quality takeaway stuff it’s proper
The dough is the most important part of a great pizza. Getting the right stretchy,bouncy chewy but light base is difficult to do, I’ve tried so many times before. These balls of dough are perfect, I like a lightly covered dough with a few really good quality ingredients. These are the best I’ve tried, but follow the instructions, they’re not difficult. I used my normal oven on my first attempt and got fantastic pizzas.
Bought some gf dough, didn’t follow the instructions so won’t review that here.
Had a problem with delivery, but that was parcelforce’s fault and was quickly solved despite Parcelforce who were pathetic in this instance!

Very quick delivery time, packaged carefully - everything arrived safely. The paper instructions along with the youtube videos were more than plenty to press and bake an authentic pizza for some visiting family - wonderful, and I would definitively recommend to anyone.

Ordered their starter kit to go with my ooni oven and it was perfect. I'm a total beginner and managed to smash 6 pizzas out without any issues. Dough was great, very easy to stretch and tastes delicious. The pizza sauce, mozzarella and dusting flour were great too!

Had an issue with delivery which can not always be helped or avoided. It's true you can only judge an company when it goes wrong. Dealt with quickly by Aimee and Steph and happy with the resolution and when all sorted the pizza was immense.
Will be ordering again and would recommend, brilliant dough, only wish I could upload a photo.

Followed the instructions to the letter, dough was very doughy in the centre after cooking despite being quite thin, taste is ok but nothing like an authentic pizza. Probably won’t be buying again.

We understand your frustration. It isn't easy to give absolute instructions for our dough as we can't control the final temperature of your kitchen. Our guide is set for a room temperature of 20ºC, and it sounds like your dough may have needed a little longer due to colder conditions. This can often result in a doughy centre, even if the pizza is thin.
Regarding your comment on authenticity, we understand that this term can have different meanings to different people. Our dough is, however, used by many Italian restaurants and pizzaiolos who trust it to produce excellent pizzas.

I bought this dough as most doughs annoy my stomach, I was told to try sourdough and I’m glad I did as I can eat pizza again!
The dough is simple to use when you follow the readily available instructions and it tastes so good!
My wife and kids love it too and we’re now cooking pizzas at least once a week.
Oh and the pizza dust makes it’s so easy to launch your pizza from the peel.
I can’t recommend this highly enough

Don’t bother , worst dough
Was ordering these as had quick delivery time and I thought as it’s sourdough it would not be any different to the ones I use normally. Boy was I wrong. Unfortunately I had some guests which have had pizza at mine made from sourdough by another company and were looking forward to pizza night , just to find that these were absolutely horrible.
I followed the instructions to a tee and having made pizzas for years using different brands I can honestly say the dough was the worst to work with to begin with. It would be nearly impossible to stretch without tearing. (The dough had a long time to come to room temperature which it was , so that was not the issue) and then it stuck to the peel even with using your pizza peel dust. Reading the bad reviews I can only say I wished I would have read them earlier. That will be the first and last time I am ordering. I think the yeast was dead. My other company is great every time and they don’t have so many customers complaining. So it looks like the fault is with your product.
