Needed help due to exhaust issues. Receptionist gave me an appointment next day despite them being very busy. Problem resolved straight away and receptionist kept me up to date with the issue, cost and collection. Brilliant customer service from everyone again.
Honestly, cannot fault them. This is the second MOT they have done for us and they have been brilliant both times. Their new WhatsApp system is great! They messaged to remind us the MOT was due and we were able to message back to book in for the New Year. Zara greeted us on reception, she is wonderful! It’s amazing to finally find a good MOT centre that genuinely values their customers. I’ll be taking all our vehicles there from now on and will recommended them to family & friends. Thanks guys!
First MOT done this morning with Great Barr Mot centre, very impressed with customer service, car done on time and very good price , waiting area very clean with tv also and toilet facilities, would highly recommend this company.

From calling in last week to book an MOT and full service, they managed to get me in over 2 days (as I requested). Came in on Tuesday for my MOT where I was greeted by the fantastic Kennedy. Friendly, thoughtful and a proper laugh. 45 minute wait for my MOT didn’t seem that long at all. Thanks Kennedy!
Onto today. Greeted by the fabled Zara! The positive reviews are all accurate. Friendly, knowledgable and very customer centric!
When I say this is a proper family run business, I mean it. Felt comfortable through a 2 hour wait for my service (Cheers James!) and even met Reggie!
Finding a trusted garage these days is difficult. The fact these guys are an AA approved garage, you already FEEL secure. When you meet the family, you KNOW you’re secure!

I have been to the Great Barr MOT centre a few times now. I find them good value for money and the staff are really friendly. Definitely recommend them.
Took my car in for new tyres which I got at a very competitive price. I also recieved a quick and efficient proffesional service from Paul and James.

Excellent, speedy and thorough service provided. Staff are very approachable and friendly. Good knowledge of what my car needed. They were flexible and were able to offer me an appointment straight away. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I casually visited the garage to see if they could help me set up a security marking & registration kit for a new catloc. I was thankful that I was helped straightaway, even though I didn't make an appointment. In particular, Zara & Paul were kind & personable. The experience was especially welcomed as another local garage were not helpful! 😊
