I got a haircut a couple days ago at the Great Clips at Cheyenne Commons shopping center. It literally is the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life and generally I don’t say anything, but i... See more

Great clips butchery
Worst haircut i've ever gotten That includes a haircut I received from a one armed man! I walked in with an even haircut She finished up and there was a divot in the front of my head First thing I said was I had to go find a barber to get a haircut I don't know If she was under the influence or just incompetent The Great Clips at Clinton New Jersey in the Walmart shopping center.\nNeeds to get rid of this person I just had to spend an additional forty dollars to repair the damage She did I wouldn't let this woman groom my dog Luckily I had a hat to wear till I got to a real barber . She was kind to left to leave me two different lengths , sideburns as well I wouldn't recommend this Great Clips for any amount of money. My new Barber said it will take about 6 weeks for the hair to grow back out.

The hairdresser that did my hair was exceptional. I didn't even have to tell her what I wanted after I said I needed something different. She was communicating with me the whole time and made me feel very comfortable.
Incredibly rude, terrible customer service
My wife went to the Pace, FL location for her first haircut in 3 years. The stylist was a young Asian girl - I didn't get her name or I'd post it here so people could know to avoid her, and so the manager could do something about it. This girl was incredibly rude, insulting my wife and her hair. I've been getting my hair cut here since I moved to Pace, and now I'll be doing it myself. Thanks for nothing.
Worst system in the world
Worst system in the world. I checked in at 10:30. I didn’t get called up to get a haircut till 1230 which is two hours later. I’ve been going there forever. They should do what other people do if you arrive you should be moved up. So I checked in at 10:30. I arrived at 11:30 and I didn’t get called up till 1230. I will never go back again place is horrible. There’s other places you can get haircuts for $$25. I’m so disappointed my name is Ron.
Botched haircut
I’ve been a regular Great Clips customer for years and have generally had consistent, satisfactory haircuts at various locations. Unfortunately, the Great Clips at Teel Village in Frisco, TX, is a glaring exception.
On Monday, the 17th of November I visited this location for the third time. As usual, the stylist pulled up my client profile, which includes my preferred clipper guard length that stylists normally verify with me. Before she started cutting, I specifically asked her to confirm the guard size. She told me the wrong number. When I corrected her and pointed out what was actually listed in my profile, she casually said “Oh yeah” and proceeded anyway—resulting in a completely botched haircut.
This is now the third bad experience I’ve had at this specific salon. Every single visit has been noticeably worse than any other Great Clips I’ve ever used. The staff here simply do not pay attention to detail, and the results show it.
I’ll be wearing a baseball cap in public for the next couple of weeks until it grows out.
I strongly recommend avoiding the Great Clips at Teel Village in Frisco, TX. I have no issues with other Great Clips locations—just this one.
I just got my haircut with Jessica N
I just got my haircut with Jessica N . She did a great job and was very nice to listening the way I wanna my hair to be done . Thanks Jessica N.
Worst experience of my life
Worst experience of my life, they made me brush my hair, wouldn't take me, threw the towel over my eyes and mouth so I couldn't breathe, used the hottest water on me and said things after I left that were harrassment and bullying and threatening

I absolutely love the way taylor cuts my hair. She takes her time to make it just right. Always very nice & always right on. Never had a bad experience.
RUN! Don't even get a bang trim.
They wanted to charge 45.00 for cut and style. If people had that kind of money, they'd go to a real salon. The hairdressers all had bad coloring, cuts, and styles themselves (at both locations near me). Cut all uneven layers from one side to the other. Handled hair roughly during the wash, hair got pulled, hurt. I gotta grow it out and hope one day I can afford a real hairdresser. Run, don't walk.
Low fade means LOW FADE
Holy shit. The store on wales ave in Massillon Ohio is the worst. If you find a girl that actually knows how to cut your hair just stick with her. Every time I go in there and tell them a LOW FADE I get a high and tight marine cut. They never listen and they only know how to do one style and it sucks. LOW FADE LOW FADE LOW FADE DAMNNNNNNNN

Completely unprofessional.Abbotsford Whatcom location. If I had money to sue for defamation of character,I would.I apparently had the job after applying with a haircut.I had to hound the manager down only to find out she had changed her mind and decided I wasn’t a good fit. When I confronted her in person she told me I was racist and didn’t have the correct footwear.Outrageous!I may have my faults.Racism is not one.Broke my leg that can swell so I had thongs. That’s what happens when you put insecure and inexperienced behind the wheel.
Wasted an hour with a rude hairdresser for a "0 Minute" check-in
I saw it was "0 Minute" waiting time so checked in. When I got there, there were two hairdressers each with a customer. So I sat down and waited. About 10 minutes later, one customer finished. The hairdresser did not greet me but started putting around. A few minutes later, the other hairdresser asked her a question. She then walked over and started working on the unfinished customer, enjoying the attention from the customer and the other hairdresser. 20 minutes later, I asked how much longer I needed to wait. Incredulously, she answered, "I don't know." Really? She had NO idea roughly how long it would take for a haircut? I asked her (apparently she was in charge) how many hairdressers were at work (it was about 12:50), she said one - when obviously there was the other hairdresser and another one was probably taking her lunch break). I said I needed to get back to work. She just shrugged. They then engaged in light bantering along with exaggerated examination of every strand of hair. I had no choice but to leave without getting a haircut. I can't believe the "0 minute wait" check-in turned into a complete waste of an hour (30+ minute plus commute time), with a rude hairdresser in charge.

I went and got my haircut there C today and had a young girl cutting my hair that was still in training that jacked my hair up I still have her a good tip but the older ladies who cut there should be helping young people like that not just let them do it I honestly my will never go back
Happy haircut
I’m very happy with the great haircut Shelli gave me today! She’s helping me retrain my hair to coverup a silly cowlick! 5 Stars!

Spent 10 minutes cutting my hair and washed it. After 2 minutes of drying, sent me out with wet hair. Did not even comb my hair out after wash. Disgusting service. What’s up? You gals used to be so good. $28 is way too much to charge for a 20 min service.
Checked in online
Checked in online, it informed me that I was 2nd in line so I headed over to Great Clips. Arrived and monitor told me I was 2nd in line, even though I was the only person in the waiting area. One stylist was dialoging with a young guy, being loud and super-obnoxious. All stylists were moving very slowly and the monitor ket readjusting my wait time until it topped out at 38 minutes. A family of 5 walked in and sat down. The loud stylist finished and called for the guy who just walked in. He prodded his daughter to take a seat with the stylist. All 5 were there for a haircut. I was now number 6 in line. I left. This company has a broken system.

Just had an excellent haircut at the Great Clips in Mishawaka, Indiana on Main Street. The stylist was Samantha and did a scissor cut and it was perfect. They are very kind there as well and there was no wait. Well done . . .
My kids like it, I don't
3 stars because while I personally disliked my one and only experience, my sons like it. Maybe Great Clips is more suitable for male customers.

Terrible I checked in on line and they have me waiting for 3hour and when I checked the time went from 16 minutes to 30 so I canceled and booked to Supercuts it went faster and great service I won’t be booking with great clips again.
My stylist Suzy did a GREAT job.
My stylist Suzy did a GREAT job.
She listened to what I wanted done and did it. My style looks good now, and we'll see a month or so how it turns out.
