Unable to contact customer service
Unable to contact customer service to change an incorrect child date of birth on insurance, travelling next week.
Have emailed last week with no response and attempted to phone several times but automated system does not recognise options being used. Not sure what to do at this point.

Finally managed to get through to customer services and problem managed after phoning the emergency 24/7 helpline for those needing immediate assistance. However, I still have had no email response and the number listed on all products and website still isn’t functioning.
