Unable to get through to any department…
Unable to get through to any department on their phone numbers. I emailed them to try to update our coverage since I could not reach them by phone and 5 days later their email response was to "let us know if you cannot reach us on the phone". Still could not reach them a week later. Gave up trying and will go elsewhere.
Reply below is also nonsensical since they did not reach me by phone (around 10 minutes before they posted the reply) so they could not have 'enjoyed talking' with me nor have I requested a refund or cancellation for them to process.
