Great little breaks, Great big company the latest break with them was excellent from start to finish, slight problem with the booking, but only because we wanted to extend to four nights and the computer didn’t like it, but sorted out straight away with a phone call. All in all a superb break and the IOW was lovely in the sun, the hotel Luccombe Manor deserves 10 stars never mind 5

New year breaks
We like that you find venues with good amenities and locations. We choose new year breaks as the hotels have formal dinners and dancing to see in the new year. However we would like a little more choice in the southern part of the country.

The hotel was in a very nice village, that was not expected.
Some of the previous reviews for the hotel did not paint a very good picture. This for us was totally wrong. The hotel was a shear delight.

SIMPLY WONDERFUL.
This site has lots of lovely deals for quick and affordable getaways. Was stuck for somewhere to go for New Years Eve 2024. Left it quite late to start looking, but a couple of days before went on their web site. Saw an amazing deal for two nights in a lovely hotel at a great price, so got on and booked it. Easy to do and great value for money. My wife and I had the most wonderful time. All was taken care of. Thanks GLB.

The break was great
The break was great. The only small problems I thought by booking the superior package you would get upgraded room, but was told by hotel it was extra goodies ie bottle of champagne spa treatment and champagne afternoon tea.Room we had there was no light shade on ceiling light, paint peeling off door frame. Also was not told free bottle of wine with dinner needed ordering the night before. Having said that the food was great and spa treatment was lovely.

Our experience was great because the staff were well trained, very helpful and friendly.
The food was excellent.
Our room was comfortable, with everything we needed. We had a lovely view of Salisbury Cathedral.
