Scam

I purchased a $5.00 item off this site on Apr 13/21. Received email stating item is getting ready to ship. (seen it on FB). When I got my credit card statement, I saw that my $5.00 item was now $14.95US (shipping, taxes). Converted to CAN funds=$19.29. Live & learn I guess. Then I saw a $37.00 charge on my credit card. Apparently in order for me to have the $5.00 item, there was a membership. Nothing was stated when I ordered set item. Company stated that in order for "my membership" to be cancelled, I would have had to cancel with a 30 day timeline...I had no idea about this until 34 days afterwards. I'm communicating with emails to the company as we speak. I asked them to cancel "the membership". I keep getting emails that give me 25%, 50% off membership. I'll be contacting my credit card company today
When I clicked on their web page, it says that store is currently closed. How/why is that if they are online? I should be able to see products online-so frustrating
FYI- I believe Platinum Saving Shop and Great Pick Store are the same company/people. They communicate with me via email exactly the same ie offering me a discounted membership

SCAM ALERT!!

My dad bought an item and he ended paying a membership fee every month for 2 years. I tried to call them, send them thousands of emails and they never answered. The only option was to pay around 400 dollars and cancel the credit card. Their website doesnt work. It is a completely SCAM!

This company has taken money from my…

This company has taken money from my account without authority the same as other reviewers. I contacted my card company who were able to tell me that this company takes a yearly subscription. So if you’ve ever ordered from them, every year they take a subscription. It wasn’t a huge amount but my card company has logged it as fraud and has repaid me and are attempting to recover this money. They have now blocked this company from taking any further amount from my card. So if you’ve been court out make sure you block them from your card otherwise they will continue to take the money each year.

SCAM-DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! This company is nothing but a scam! You buy an item from them and then a month later, they charge you a "subscription fee" of $29.95. No where, does it say that you are signing up for this when you make your purchase. My credit card flagged the transaction, contacted me right away, and closed that account number immediately. They won't be getting a dime from me!

This place is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered an Embroidered dress as they described it and what I received was a dress with a print. The dress is absolute garbage. It is poorly made. A waste of money.

Its a Big SCAM!!!!

Its a Big SCAM!!!!! I didnt purchase a subscription..i only wanted a small item which i could save more but in the end i spend more because of their misleading information..once you purchased an item they automatically put your information to subscription so they deducted 41.79 here in my bank account credit! My bank told me they allow this company to take out the bill amount cause it has my information..but i dont have any consent or a paper mail regarding this subscription!!! I called the customer to refund me and stop charging my card..they only said they will stop the subscription but they cant give me a full refund!!! Only half of it or not even..coz it 29 usd..they only agreed to give back 14 usd...so its a big SCAM!!!!! Pls beware and also hope our bank will protect us from this scammer company!!

HORRIBLE CUST SERV

I have been on the phone with one of your representatives for 25 minutes and counting trying to cancel this membership. I made a purchase through Facebook 5 weeks ago. I still have not received the item. Then I was billed 29.95 on my credit card which I did not authorize. The representative (223) kept telling me that the $29.95 was the price of the item I ordered... I informed her that it was not. The item was $8.95 I have an email confirmation of price. I then had to sign into my computer, go to your website, then read her the membership description at the bottom of the page so she could understand that the $29.95 is the MEMBERSHIP fee. I am still on hold 28 min now. She is not allowing me to cancel. I am trying to deal with this with your company but I will go through my bank if necessary.
This is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I bought a magnetic iPhone charger…

I bought a magnetic iPhone charger cable. I placed the order on 1st May and it was supposed to be delivered in1-3 weeks time but it still didn’t arrive. But what is shocking is that they took a payment of £ 23.85 on 2nd May, I have no idea why that happened. Then I contacted my credit card provider, they told me that it’s a subscription payment. But I didn’t not subscribe anything, only purchased that cable. I am astonished how they could do that. My card provider already started investigation.

I bought via facebook.com a knife-sharpener, It has yet to be arriving in Sweden. However we got today a mail from them saying that customs duty and fees must be paid before delivery. This is some 15 usd. extra.... We contacted to Postoffice here in Sweden who are having all the deliveries here. and they loudly spoke out that THIS IS A SCAM BIG TIME....

I do not understand why facebook, accept these companies without demanding a deposit or someting like that, before they are allowed to make their adverbs....

Be Aware of Monthly Subscription Scam

Greatpickstore or greatdealdrops.com advertised from Facebook tricks you into a monthly subscription of $29.95 US when you purchase an item. It is not listed on their terms and conditions when you purchase. No where is it highlighted as a condition of sale. i learned of the scam from this site. I have cancelled the membership by calling their 1 855 number but we'll see if I still get charged.

This is such a scam

This is such a scam. They dont answer emails. They charge unadvised membership. They are selling their product on lowest price but when you checkout and encoded all your bank account details they will charge you a membership which is not mentioned before checking out. Does your conscience still existing? How could you do this to people who trusts your post? Vengeance is not mine. It's God's. I will pray for you always.

Thieving

I gave it one star only because I cannot go any lower. On May 03 an amount of $9.63usd ($14.24au) was deducted from my bank account and paid to “Greatpickstore.Com. Despite contacting them on numerous occasions, nothing has been done to rectify this problem. They don’t even have the decency to answer my emails.
