Wonderful trip! Enjoyed the Empire Builder and loved the Holland America Alaska Cruise. The train ran on time, the food in the dining car was good and the sleeper car and dining car staff were helpful and efficient. The train is probably not the most comfortable way to travel, but it was still relaxing and an enjoyable way to see the countryside between Chicago and Seattle. We very much enjoyed the Alaska Cruise - great food, beautiful scenery and enjoyable entertainment on board the ship.
