Was super exited to find website with good prices.
However been waiting over months for delivery or shipping notification! Nothing! Went to check website and it shut down now!
Scam !

A con. Faulty product delivered & have contacted the company multiple times and no reply. Please save your money & go to a decent company. Those who review well were lucky to receive non faulty goods & are reviewing products that are available elsewhere from companies that respond if an issue. Please do not use this company!

Great vibes only? more like outstanding vibes 🙈 I ordered a few toys for me and my partner and let me tell you we have barely left the bedroom since. I don't understand what other people are complaining about, the website was easy to use and delivery was very quick and came in discreet packaging. The items come with nifty pink little pouches as well. I will definitely be using this company in the future! Thank you Great Vibes Only for vastly improving our sex lives!

Item no it as described, been trying to contact customer service support for over a week now and not a single reply, trying to return an item, still waiting.

Had an issue with my delivery and Ellen replied promptly with all the information on what could be done! evri lost my parcel so they kindly sent me another one and a free gift to apologise (even though they didn't do anything wrong).

Products are amazing, and really surprised at the quality considering the prices are really reasonable.

Sell toys that break and then you can’t get hold of anyone for a refund.

This company has no phone number listed anywhere.

I bought a great toy but it broke in 14 days. They did replace this with a new toy but that also broke in 14 days and I can’t get hold of the company for a refund. They don’t answer my emails and upon investigation I realised they have no phone number or address.
I don’t usually buy from unknown companies so more fool me for wasting my money.
