Avoid this scam company. They will take your money, fail to communicate, fail to deliver. I am still waiting on a refund 6 months later.

As everybody else says, avoid this scam company. They will take your money, fail to communicate, fail to deliver. I was lucky enough to get a refund, but I would not ever risk ordering from them again.

Awful. Ordered 3 bottles of squash and paid, 2 weeks later still not here so checked my emails and in junk say order been cancelled .
Ordered another 1 bottle , no correspondence, took my money and then two weeks later refunded PayPal payment

I've never received my box and now their website is down. I received a confirmation on 2nd May that they had received my order and taken my payment, but the box has never arrived. Avoid this company, they are scammers.

Ordered something over a week ago, express delivery, not recieved and company site has disapeared completely.. i hope they have not run off with my money, at least i did not pay too much. However this is disgusting if they have as i cant get hold of them. The other issue at play here is that all my other post has gotten here including post from stores that i actually ordered from AFTER i ordered from this place, clearly they really are greedy lamas! Either that or lazy ones..

Very disappointed. Paid my money for shampoo but never received goods and now can't contact the company. We earn our money by going to work and others just steal it off you. If this is a genuine company, please refund my money and all the other complainants.

Not sure if this company has gone under due to Covid-19 or if it’s just a scam but they took money for my first order a month ago, never shipped it and have continued to take the monthly payments despite clearly not being operational or delivering my orders. Can’t sympathise with a company that continues to operate their site and allows orders to be placed if they won’t fulfil them. I’ve emailed and messaged on Instagram with no reply and cannot initiate a refund as I didn’t pay through PayPal. Their website has now been taken down so there is no way for me to cancel my subscription. Absolutely awful and the only way I can resolve is by blocking payments with my bank, but this won’t get me a refund.

Awful. A scam company. I ordered a 3-month subscription box in March and have not received anything. The company does not respond to emails. Avoid.

Place ordered which never arrived, I contacted 5 times with no response. Had to request money back via Paypal. I had seen other customer in the same position of not receiving goods, they have deleted all negative comments from there facebook. Not a recommended online seller.

Worst company I have dealt with. Quick to accept order and take money but after that no reply to any correspondence. No option to ring or chat with anyone. I've sent emails and tweeted messages and had nothing.
I hear others have had problems too.
