Package delay, but satisfactory delivery
Had a bit of a problem with carrier, somehow they didn't get the apartment number which delayed delivery. I was notified of delays and ended up calling them to clear things up. But, the packaging was great, no broken bottles!

Everything arrived as ordered
Everything arrived as ordered. I hope they can use some other packaging for the cheese phyllo product, in order to keep the grease from seeping through the plastic wrap. Otherwise, the food is delicious and I cannot say enough good things about the Semolina cake!!

Items received were warm and defrosted, had to throw away
I had to throw out the items that were perishable. I retrieved it within 15 minutes of delivery, yet everything was WARM. Not cool or thawed, but completely warm and melted. The bougatsa and spanakopitas were ruined, since they were completely thawed and melted for a long time. Very disappointing. I may order non-perishables again but will never order anything that require refrigeration.

Products and speed were good
Products and speed were good, delicery by UPS was not state of the art for Germany. I had to pick it up mor than 10 miles from my home and already paid more than 20 Euros for the delivery.
Please note that UPS is good for a family that is at home all the time, if not, the delivery fails an your goods go back to greece. The only way to avoid that, is to pick it up by yourself. And then 18 Kilometers distance is too much in a Million inhabitants City. DHL knows how to manage that. UPS did not.

Thank you for your review! I have investigated your order and found out that the order was prepared and collected by the courier on April 29. Taking into account the Holiday of 1st of MAY the first delivery attempt from the courier to your address was made on MAY 2nd but it was not completed because no one was present at the time of delivery. After this event they received a request from you (the recipient) to deliver the package to a specific UPS collection point as they did. We always ship the orders we receive to the address registered by our customers and the couriers are obliged to follow these instructions unless the recipient requests otherwise. In case the customer requests to collect the package from a collection point they are responsible for the retrieval of the package especially if the order contains fresh products. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed our products!

Amazing products!
Everything was packaged nicely, and I live in the US… so I was a bit skeptical how the cheese would hold up, but it arrived fresh and cold. Everything tastes amazing. The split peas made an excellent Fava dip. I almost thought I was back in Greece.
