Frozen goods are defrosted due to delivery method
Frozen goods are defrosted due to the method of delivery (Royal Mail Next Day). Hence, goods cannot be frozen again due to Health and Safety Regulations and must be consumed within a few days at most.

Our insulated gel-pack boxes are designed to keep frozen goods safe for 24–48 hours in transit with Royal Mail/DPD/Evri/DHL/UPS. “Soft to the touch” gel packs don’t automatically mean defrosted; if the packs are still mostly solid, contents remain below 0 °C and can be refrozen or refrigerated. If your gel packs arrived fully melted and the items were warm, please contact us via our Help & Support form with your order number and photos so we can investigate and resolve in line with our policy.
