I ordered an item and paid for it 250 pound. Item did not arrive. A week later I receive notification I will be refunded in 10 days. No explanation from green pedals? Is this because item is not in stock? At least explain why purchase has not been honoured! Very unprofessional service.

Unfortunately the pedal crank sensor was not the correct part for the installation, as when it was fitted to the side with no chainrings fitted the motor would only engage if the pedals were rotated backwards. The solution provided by green pedal was to try and fit the ring and sensor to the chainring side of the crank, where there was no room to do so. Consequently I still have no electric bike and green pedal have not been willing to provide a correctly orientated sensor for my application, which is the way to do it as described in the installation guide.

Helpful when I had a query before purchase. Kit arrived quickly. It could have done with some instructions and a few cable ties but it all works really well. Very happy.

Received order in 2 days, brilliant, this is our second kit, using first every day. Had to make a spacer for gear cassette as bike is only 7 speed, quite simple. And torque sensor is on other side of crank to activate in forward. Looking forward to wife joining me on rides.

Purchased a product from here and 2 mins later I got an email saying it was cancelled , I reordered as I thought it was a problem with my payment , again 2 mins later an email saying it was cancelled , I then got an email saying I had been refunded twice, one for £259 and one for £264 , I emailed the company through their contact page and got no response or no explanation as to why they cancelled , I managed to track them down on eBay and contacted them and was told they were sold out , when I asked about my refund that hadn't been sent back they told me they never had the funds to refund me and told me to open a case with PayPal , which I currently have and now have to wait 10 days on PayPal making a decision , absolutely disgusting service and how can they cancel an order but keep your money is beyond me , proceed with caution and I also noticed they have a good few negative feedbacks on eBay also

LED-screen have shown a fault display after 4 months.
Was no problem to get a replacement. Good support team.

I bought the conversion kit (Bafang) for my carrera vengence MB and back then, they were offering an option "ready to go" where they assembled the kit on your bike for £100 extra. Best decision ever!
I have done 3000+ miles since then , I use my bike for work as I am a deivery rider and I never had a single problem.

I bought the rear hub motor with the kit, the problem is the wrong advertisement of the product, and it does not specify if the wheel has a cassette mechanism or the freewheel thread, i though the battery would come with the kit but i realised that the battery does not come with the kit even if it listed in the item list, so now i have to buy another battery on top and adjust the chain and the frame in order to fit in the wheel, this could have been saved just by having clear products display, after the first 2 messages they replied to me but when i bought the wheel they stopped replying to me which is awful, you know give us a little guidance about your products and they should remove the battery from the list if it does not come with it.
