Ive had several dealings with Green Baize over the past few years. Not had one single issue. Stu and the guys go the extra mile with customer service. Had a few cues, all of which have been amazing and each cue retained their value when they move on to a new owner also. Constantly in touch via email and answers any queries or questions promptly. Had a few wee added extras when ordering also which is also a bonus and also never charged me any extra for a spare clip to be sent out for my case also. Great company and smashing job yous are doing. Keep it up, I will continue to purchase anything i need for my snooker from Green Baize purely on the customer service and product quality from these guys. Amazing!!!

Amazing place for snooker and pool. Endless amount of cues to try. Went today to try out a cue which Stu reserved for me. Very helpful and accommodating. No pushy selling they just let you try as many cues as you want. Was there about 40 mins having a knock.

Stu and the team always willing to have a chat about all things snooker. 100% percent worth a visit.

Arrived on spec to get cue tip replaced.All done and dusted within 30 mins including trial potting and advice on technique. Brilliant service from experts. So lucky to live within 30 miles

I decided to take a risk, buying an expensive cue without trying it out first. Stockton on Tees is just too far but every Green Baize cue I've ever held has been quality, and I was pretty certain that the specs I chose were correct for me. The cue arrived within 24 hours, tracked, well packaged, and with a free Green Baize Cloth with the enclosed invoice. I chose a Green Baize Vanquish, and this is most likely the last cue I'll ever buy, so I'm delighted to find that it exactly meets my requirements. I've been playing with it for 11 days now and it's already improved my cueing. If I ever do buy another cue, it will be from Green Baize Limited, I highly recommend them. Thank you Green Baize from a very satisfied customer.

Bought way too many cues from GBL. The reason being I love to chop and change. The service via facebook messenger is excellent and the reason why I keep coming back.

Bought a new Vanquish cue last week 3/4 ash and seems to play better the more l use it (obviously l hear you say ) , it is just perfect in the hand. Bought a few cues , chalks and tips off Stu’s company over the years 10/10 , the reason for the review is quite simple

Bought a couple of cues from these folks recently and their service is first class. The delivery is very quick and the packaging is excellent to ensure the cues take no damage in transit.

The first cue wasn't quite for me, and the process of exchanging it for another was super easy and seamless. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I bought a brown leather payed 300 pounds including delivery very small for a 3 quater length cue my cue doesn't fit unless I take the wee spacer out at the bottom for the price it's terrible I see yous don't have it now online I will have to buy another case now because it's to small more to suit a two piece cue sorry I didn't send it back

I have now ordered 3 cues from Stu and his team at Green Baize and they have been nothing short of incredible! Amazing service, especially when my first cue was damaged in transit (completely the couriers fault). As someone that works with high end customers myself I'd like to think I have extremely high standards and they've never disappointed.

I'm a firm believer than Stu and his team are the best in the business and would (and do) recommend them to anyone looking to get a new cue. Product knowledge is second to none!

I'm in Canada and was looking for high quality snooker cues that are hand made. I found green baize online and was a little hesitant to order such an expensive cue blind online. But after reading the help and advice page on their website I knew exactly what cue to buy. The cue was shipped quickly and the package was secure to ensure no damage in shipping.

Stu was also very helpful with the questions I had and quick to reply. I will definitely order from green baize again.

I spent a week in Yorkshire and had already decided to treat myself to a new cue. The reviews of GBL were very good, so that's where I went. Kayne looked after me and following discussions, he gave me a number of cues (and more if I wanted) to try out. After 3 hours of playing on a match standard Pool table and a few shots on a Snooker table, I bought a full package from GBL. The service was excellent. I would recommend anyone at any level would not make a bad choice in paying them a visit.
My Maximus Immortal (not even the one I fancied online!) is lovely and my game has improved already.

I bought an £800 GBL cue from here. Within 3 months the dye that had been added to the “ apparent ‘ Ebony butt had started to come away leaving the butt looking like a £30 cue.
I told the company and they just made excuses hence this review. 2 months later the titanium ferrule started making a pinging noise, on further inspection it was spinning !!!
Stay clear is my advice.

Brilliant advice from Stu and an enormous choice of cues to choose from. Great email communication prior to visiting the store.
Absolutely no hard sell which is refreshing. I went to find my perfect cue and would have been prepared to have spent a lot to do so.
As it turned out my perfect cue was half the price of some that I tried out so I’m doubly delighted with my purchase. It was a 90 mile round trip for me but well worth it.

This company is exceptional in every way, the products available are top quality and the service & time given to make sure the customer is totally happy is unrivalled. Stu sent long detailed emails, took calls and he's the most honest genuine man I've delt with ever. My GBL cue is perfect! I'll always use Green Baize in the future coz their prices are great and the aftercare is a major comfort knowing Stu is there with almost instant replies to any questions. Literally can't fault them and recommend to anyone 🌟💯

Plenty of variety very welcoming and will make sure every question and box is ticked when visiting
