Worst company I have ever dealt with!

I have been dealing with Green Box since Jan 22nd 2021. They charged me an origination fee that I was not informed about but still did not complain even though the rate of interest seems criminal.
On March 30th I had requested a payout letter and for the past week all I am getting is the run-around. I have called 13 times (not including the number of times the broker has called), emailed 7 times including 1 to the CEO) but to no avail. I have contacted my broker (Jeff Schwartz) who provided me the CEO's email (Jordan Fein) and I wrote a detailed email requesting for the payout letter. The CEO did not respond to me but stated to my broker that it had been sent out on Thursday April 1st (maybe it was an April Fool's joke) but, to date, I have received nothing! I then gave an alternate email to the broker and after he had talked to the CEO, the broker stated that I would get the payout letter within the hour (this was on Friday April 2nd). This morning (Monday April 5th) I again requested my broker (Jeff) to reach out to Green Box and to my utter astonishment they told him that I (the customer) needed to call in to request the letter - what happened to 'we sent out the letter on Thursday' (of last week)? All of the other written requests I have sent? To think that an organization that states that my company is a 'golden paymaster' would do this to us is besides me. I would hate to think what they do to customers who are delinquent.

Greenbox has been great and easy to work with. Any time I need extra working capital greenbox is my first Call. They are super easy to work with and reasonable on fees, and understand when you are going through a hard time.

BORROWER BEWARE! Elio was very difficult to work with during the entire process. He would say one thing and afterwards we found out that wasn't entirely true. We expressed our displeasure with him and he couldn't have cared less. Once we were about 3 months until payoff he started calling and emailing up to 10 times a day. I asked him to stop contacting us because it was getting out of hand and eventually I had to block the number on our end. Once we were about a month from the end we requested a payoff letter so we could be done with them once and for all. Elio refused via email to send the payoff. He stated he would NOT send the letter until we spoke with him. Questioned why we would not get another loan and then let us know there were $1200 of additional fees added onto what we owed. He would not let me speak with anyone else. I called 7 times trying to speak with someone else and was never able to. I called from an outside number not associated with our business and selected the broker option instead of business owner and was able to get to someone else to at least obtain my pay off letter. Very unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THEM!

This company is taking advantage of vulnerable companies right now who are desperate in these most difficult times. To charge a 620$ fee for a $15500 loan on top of the 5500$ in interest is outrageous and it should be criminal. I should have known better but I took the loan out of desperation to avoid going under during covid 19. I do not recommend Greenbox Capital to anyone for how they totally dropped the ball on not waiving the fee in the first plave, as requested, then making a total mess of it in the end. I learned a valuable lesson, that being to not take no more merchant advances from any of these companies who are out there every day preying upon small business owners who are struggling to stay afloat. AVOID GREENBOX CAPITAL AT ALL COST!

We have worked with Greenbox Capital for quite sometime. After receiving a phone call from a very irate client we were connected on a conference call with Greenbox as well as the client. The client was very upset. The underwriting team remained calm and showed complete professionalism the entire call even offering to help the merchant lower payments to accomidate the merchants needs. Greenbox has always been a pleasure to work with! They will help their merchants & partners anyway they can! Thank you Greenbox Team!

Green box was exceptional got me funded when nobody else could,and my service advisor Fred Jones never gave up, and got me the funding that I needed,and I would recommend him to any small business.

Easy to work with. My only 2 complaints would be the daily phone calls, 3-4 daily asking if more funding is needed. And the early payoff option could be made much easier. We would use Greenbox again if needed.

Lisa Barrio took my issue seriously. I have never experienced such customer service and follow through like Lisa showed me! She is an amazing asset to Greenbox and I will definitely use their services again and again.
