Meine Erfahrung mit Greenburry
Vor drei Jahren habe ich mir einen hochwertigen Greenburry-Lederrucksack gekauft – im Glauben, ein langlebiges Qualitätsprodukt zu erwerben. Leider ist nun das Leder an einer Schnalle gerissen.
Auf meine Anfrage beim Hersteller/Händler wurde ich jedoch nicht ernst genommen. Am Telefon wurde mir laut und respektlos Eigenverschulden unterstellt und sogar geraten, den kaputten Teil einfach „abzuschneiden“ und den Rucksack weiter zu benutzen. Eine sachliche Prüfung oder ein faires Angebot auf Kulanz habe ich nicht erhalten.
Für eine Marke, die Luxuspreise verlangt und mit Qualität wirbt, ist das enttäuschend.
Ich teile meine Erfahrung, damit andere Käufer:innen wissen, worauf sie sich einstellen müssen – sowohl was die Haltbarkeit als auch was den Kundenservice betrifft.
