Derek came round to give a quote for windows and a door. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. We were given all options and discussed what worked best for us. We went ahead and purchased the windows and door because it was a deal we could not refuse. 1st class service, thank you.

Had Muir and Rhys fitting windows in my grandmothers big old house, they were very accommodating to my grandmothers Ill health, made everyone feel at ease, kept us updated as the job was going on and a total pleasure to have in the house. They left no mess, done an excellent job and got 18 huge windows in very fast. We are hoping to replace front and back doors in near future and would absolutely use again. Thank you 🌟

Derek was very friendly not pushy made sure myself and my husband were included in everything he was saying and doing. Really didn't feel any hard sell from him at all. Explained everything very clearly how things worked regarding how project can be financed . Very pleased with quote . Feel he became a friend rather than a sales person .

I got in touch with this company two years ago to get a quote for new windows and doors. I met Derek who was a very outgoing and professional guy and he got me the best price possible but unfortunately I wasn’t able to go ahead due to my financial situation.
I promised Derek I would be in touch when the time was right which he accepted. He didn’t hound me like other companies usually do.
I got in touch with Derek a few days ago and explained I was now able to go ahead with the windows and doors and would he be able to come out and give me another quote. Derek remembered who I was and got me fitted in for a visit to measure up and go through prices. Again Derek was extremely professional he explained everything really well and went through all financial options that he thought would be best for me. He said at no point did I have to go ahead with anything if I decided it wasn’t the right price or time for me. We had a great catch up with everything that has happened the past two years it was like seeing an old friend. Derek again got me a great price and I signed on the dotted line and can’t wait to get my windows and doors installed.

Friendly genuine guy Derek, wasn’t pushy or in for the hard sell. Felt like we’d known him for years, very professional, explained everything in layman’s terms, made it easy to understand and very helpful. Myself and my husband both felt he was considering our best interests and what mattered to us.

We’ve had the pleasure of meeting Chris the other day when he came to assess our windows in our newly purchased home in Muir of ord. Chris made us aware of what improvements we could make however, did not pressure us to purchase anything we weren’t comfortable with. Chris could see that some of the windows were newer than others so he only recommended to change the older ones. He presented us with a lot of knowledge which indicated to us how experienced he really is. We ended the appointment with a quote that suited my partner and I. So far we’ve had a great experience and we look forward to seeing our new windows in the upcoming weeks.

We just had Derek visit us to discuss replacing our front and back doors. Right from the onset we felt at ease. We didn’t feel like he was in for the hard sell. He measured up and discussed our options including suggesting things we had not thought of. He showed us the different styles and I was handed a brochure to look through. I did not feel excluded the way some salesmen can make you feel. We discussed the style and agreed on what we wanted ( I originally wanted a rosewood door), the price was very reasonable and after reviewing our requirements we signed the contract. Derek was very friendly and approachable with no hard sell and has a brilliant personality. If we need anything in future we will be in touch.

Well thats my windows done now and I have to say the lads that fitted them were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was a bother and the finished product is exactly what I was expecting, beautiful. Can’t thank them enough, Muir and Reece really good work guys, thanks so much.

I can recommend Greencastle. The windows were competitively priced and it was a painless experience from the moment Derek arrived to quote for the windows.
The fitters , Colin, Kenny and Adam arrived at 8am, introduced themselves and began work. They worked solidly and were finished by 1pm. Three windows and a front door all fitted quickly and efficiently

From the knock on our door from a Greencastle rep asking if we were interested in getting new double glazed windows to placing an order with Derek who took time to show us all the company had to offer, we were impressed with the range of options and happily agreed on the windows and doors we liked. Then Tommy arrived soon after and meticulously measured all our doors and window spaces.
Each and every person who got us to that stage could not have been any nicer and the whole journey was reassuring and straightforward.
Then the installers arrived to first of all remove all the old windows and doors.
John and Stevie were amazing. They worked so hard. They were cheerful, respectful and tidied as they went from room to room installing our new windows and doors. They are a credit to the company. We are getting so many comments on how lovely the finished result looks. We truly recommend Greencastle as a great company giving excellent service throughout and at a really great price.

Superb installation of doors and windows by Colin, Adam and Kenny- high quality doors and windows with the designs recommended by Derek working really well. Only reason not 5 star was customer service - communication of installation date vague - whilst we appreciated length of time to manufacture felt as a customer I had to chase to pin down a date. Despite this would highly recommend.

We had an employee install our doors. Didn’t catch his name but he was very good. Happy with install

Emailed over the weekend for an estimate, got a prompt phonecall early in the morning and was lucky enough to get a slot available for an evaluation same day thanks to someone needing to reschedule.

Having researched over the weekend, I knew what was needed and ended up purchasing as the price was well within reason. Normally I would have three estimates.

Derek was well informed of the products and answered all my questions knowledgeably. The financing options as well as terms and conditions were clear and concise.

Presently surprised and please with Linda from the office, Andrew from Scheduling and Derek the Sales Executive. All were magnificent.

Derek was extremely genuine, friendly & chatty. It was refreshing to have somebody come into your home who is happy to chat & give an honest opinion than a pushy salesperson only interested in the commission they will make from the sale. There was no rushing through anything either. Any questions, he was happy to answer.
