I was needing a front door and Derek came up to give me a quote. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease (I am a female living alone). He went through all the options of the front door and I never felt pressured. He gave me a great price and also gave me finance options. He was also very polite and chatty

I’m so disgusted in this company got windows and door in six months ago the bedroom window has mark in the inside of the glass keep getting excuses after excuses can’t even get to speak to the manager I’ve still to get the back of the house done it certainly won’t be this company

Derek, arrived this afternoon to give me a quote for some work that I was needing done, after a chat and checking wither my request can be done, everything sorted, just waiting the on the survey to be done now, then good to go. Will give an update when job is completed. Derek was very pleasant and no pressure at any point, and took his time explaining everything from the start to finish. Looking forward to getting the job done.

Derek came out within a week to discuss possibly installing windows and went through the whole process, brought samples, went through pricing and even discussed installation of front and back door.
