After using the battery 17 months. Had little issues on it. And they just offered me replacement. And send me brand new battery in 1 week. (48v 15ah down tube e bike battery) Even warranty was out of date. It was definitely great experience. Brilliant customer services. Love you GreenCell!

UPS warranty
Bypass mode no longer worked on UPS, so I filed a claim.
They were very responsive and fast! No problems at all. I received new device in about 10 days.

Recently bought a battery for my ebike
Recently bought a battery for my ebike, from green cell.
It is a 36v 15.6ah battery I purchased.
Green cell claim it will do around 40 miles on the High power setting, and more if you have your bike in lower settings.
I am getting under 20 miles on a charge. My old battery used to do more than that, and it was 15 years old. Not sure if these companies are using lesser quality cells, they can't be Samsung 18650 ones because of the poor performance.

Terrible experience
Ordered a battery from them and got the wrong model. I even contacted support with a picture to ask if I had ordered the right model, support assured me I bought the right one and would refund me if it didn't fit. The battery came and was a completely different model. Emailed support for refund, who normally responds in one day, hasn't responded since. Terrible experience, opened a case with paypal.

Great batteries and great service
Company very serious in the work it does and very helpful in support. I had some problems and they assisted me for a long time even by sending me another battery to fix it, without making me spend a cent. Very reliable.
Got a battery for an old laptop (Dell Latitude D430) at 50%, followed instructions & it works exactly the way it should. If I ever need another replacement battery, Green Cell will be the first store I check.
