Watched one of the salesman today blatantly lying about adding 14percent of the house value and also calculated savings based on all exported energy being sold to Octopus for 31p per kilowatt

Shameful

We got someone to come out to give us a quote for solar panels and a battery. Really disappointed that the salesman lied to us and gave us false information despite mentioning that some solar companies had had to pay huge fines for miss selling solar energy. Do your own research!!!
A few were that he told us that our house value would go up a minimum of 14% (and then threw in that some sources would say that our house value would go up 20% but of course they could only mention minimum figures. The pdf he then sent us said that our house value would go up 2%.. He also said that we couldn't get more than 13 solar panels because that would produce the max amount of excess energy we could sell back to the grid before we would be considered a commercial business (this is just a complete lie). He also told us that he wasn't on commission, which I cant disprove but I dont believe him. Also, they are encouraging you to take a 15 year finance option at a rate of 11.9% and trying to make this sound like a good deal.. it is not.

Fantastic experience with Green central! Been thinking about solar for my property for a while and made an enquiry with Green central after previously having a boiler installed with their sister site Boiler central. The whole process was so easy and I have been surveyed, quoted and installed within 10 days! And on a great finance plan too! Honestly couldn't recommend these guys enough!! Thank you guys so much! Excellent company all across the board!

Efficient and friendly office staff, helping all the way through my journey. The chaps turned up at the time given and were clean and tidy. I couldn't believe how quickly they installed everything and had it up and running. Would highly recommend this great team of staff both installers and office.

From start to finish it’s been a brilliant experience I put an enquiry though the website and was contacted by nikki in customer sercice who asked me a few questions and booked me in for my consultation with Chris, he was very informative and helped me with the solar design. I then got a welcoming call and advised of a date. The install came and it was a very smooth process from the installers very polite and was done in a day they took all the rubbish and cleared up what they could. The office called and checked in with me through the day and were very polite and answered all my questions. Can not recommend enough!!!

Great service from the team at greencentral. We have used them for our annual central heating support and servicing for a few years now and have experienced no problems.

Good service

Fitted the boiler in a day, and water pressure is great despite some initial concers. Only gave it 4 vs 5 stars as the installer didn't take away all of the old system.

Super efficient reliable turned up on time carried out the work told me what was happening all good very happy would defo recommend

Have 3 dates for a boiler service over 2 weeks ago still not received a reply as to what day or time they will be calling if at all ,can't take 3days off work waiting ,they always used to give me a date and 99% of time were there
