I would never buy again, paid 125 pounds, and
they left it t the doorstep, in previous years I have paid other companies less than that with instalment and bringing inside the flat, totally ridiculous, now I have to look for someone to bring it upstairs absolutely crap, the quality of tree undeserving of price, bare branches a base and started shedding like crazy once unpacked

Received this year's Christmas Tree this morning and already up and decorated - its a super tree and fits well into my living room and i am very grateful as its starts off the Christmas celebrations well when the tree is of such good quality - again thank you!

I had placed an order for a Xmas tree back in October. I didn’t want delivery of my tree until the 20 Dec. On the 15th I got a phone all from them to say that the standard of their cut tree new delivery was below standard so they didn’t want to distribute them, offering a full refund, full apology and/ or a rooted tree instead. I took the option of a rooted tree.
As it would be rooted, I asked for an earlier delivery. It came 2 days earlier than expected which is fabulous.
Clearly they have their reputation to uphold and more so, they value their customers requirements.
In addition, they have their customers wish for high standard product and service as their priority, not wanting to deliver a product which they knew to. E sub-standard. They took a massive hit.
In my case this Xmas, Ii took delivery of a beautiful tree and I know that I have as it is rooted, that it will go on to live in my garden.
We shall be able to plant it out in the garden and have Xmas 2023 as a permanent memory.
I can’t thank them enough for trying to put right what wasn’t their fault!

Absolutely wonderful Christmas tree I brought this tree for my daughter she is over the moon they delivered to her property on time and were very helpful

I made an enquiry with this company for advice on which tree to choose for my circumstances and they could not have been more helpful.
I chose the Nordmann Fir 6-7ft. It arrived today as expected and I couldn't be happier with it. It came in perfect condition and we have now decorated it and it looks spectacular. I will definitely order again next year

Utterly dismayed with this company this year. Received a tree that is no way worth the £89 I have paid for it. Have sent photos to be told 'no two trees are the same'! Well, I know that, but they should not advertise what they can provide on their website if they cannot deliver! I don't even think I have received the Fraser Fir variety I ordered. One email in response to my complaint offering 20% off of next year. I have sent a further four emails in response and have yet had a reply.
Even contacted the company that linked me to them a couple of years back. Lovely response from them, but yet to no avail.
Will be reporting to Trading Standards (as have other reviewers)

Paid for a 6-7 ft Christmas tree and instead received one not even 5 feet with a long stem that is not even centred. Not happy and will not be using again.

Not the best start to Christmas!

Received our 6-7 ft Christmas Fraser Fir Tree a few days ago. The tree looked a 1/3 of the size we had from last year with a very long stem. Also there are large gaps on the tree.

After several emails and images I sent through Dan from Green Christmas Trees was more interest on the height rather than the quality of the tree. I have asked for refund because the tree does not look like anything like their Website Photo. Still no news. (Trading Standards will be made aware

This is a Cowboy company. If you want to be scammed order your tree from here!

Following our awful experience with this company last year, we finally received not on a full refund for the tree ex delivery but we were also offered £40 against a tree for this year, After a week trying to find out how to redeem this offer, as we didn’t actually receive a code, I am going with my instinct and looking for another company.

Do not use this company unless you want to be ripped off.

The tree this company supplied was of such poor quality it was embarassing. It wasn't fit to be sold to anyone.

The company has failed to respond to all emails.

The company has no telephone allowing you to contact them.

Very disappointed and somewhat heartbroken. Ordered a 6 to 7 ft Fraser pine. It is only 6 foot because of the long top and it has been hacked! Looks like a 5 year old has attacked it! I was told we would get a replacement but we have heard nothing. After years of beautiful trees this is heartbreaking! They offered £30 refund on a £70 tree! I have tried every day to get some news but they’ve just gone quite. Bus I gave found these reviews I know why! Will never use them again,

I ordered a 7-8ft Christmas tree, and I received a 5 1/2 feet tree with a long branch/stick at the end of approximately 2 feet. I complained, next day they sent me a replacement even worse. The top branch, was more than 2 feet long. Not to mention that the tree shades like it isn’t fresh.
Not a reliable company unfortunately.

"7-8ft tree" more like 5ft. Sparse, to say the least with a 2 & half pineless single leader at the top - with a bend - to make up the tree 7 ft tall. £80. Terrible. Do not buy from them. Asked for collection of 5ft tree & a replacement tree. However offered £20 refund as the tree "looks ok lower down". If I'd wanted a 5ft tree I would have ordered one! We'd bought online with Scottish Christmas Trees last year, (after selling their trees ourselves as a retailer prior for 30 years) - they directed us to this company - please don't be taken in!!!! Not the same. At all.

We've been ordering our Christmas trees from Scottish Christmas Trees for years. This year they directed us to order their trees through their delivery partner, Green Christmas Trees. We just received our tree today and it pales in comparison to what we were used to receive year on year. It's a sad tree, more like a twig, incredibly narrow, and shedding needles like crazy.

Failed to deliver on specified date, no number to call and no reply from customer service after two days and still no tree. Wont be using again. UPDATE. No tree and No refund provided, it is verging on a scam. Having used Scottish Christmas trees for years very disappointed they have been tarnished by these cowboys
