DO NOT USE! They charge you extortionate amount and book the wrong day. You don't get confirmation, unless you ask for it, you don't get payment confirmation unless you ask for it, no tracking method unless you call back. To then speak to extremely rude person who puts the phone down on you (Allison - thank you for that!). They need to train their staff to be more professional when asking for the simplest of confirmation.

Paid me 70 euro for 8.15 until 5 o clock. The distance they had me driving cost at least 40 in petrol and I couldn't stop for a lunch.
The guy in base has a bit of an attitude because people keep leaving. Some guy left and we were man short and he asked if i could do his pickup and i agreed then he is on top of me asking where i am and i shouldn't be where i am saying i cant use m50s and all..I told him to f off after he thought he was a hard man behind a phone. I would pull him over the counter by the ears. that was my first day. Imagine staying there for longer.

Couldn't cross the road near trafalgar Square on a green man because one of your vans was running a red light.

Do not use for animal transport, my sugar glider was lucky to get to me alive after tgey taped air holes up on a pouch she was travelling in then put in a no air holes box do not use this firm

I worked for these shisters for about a year, It actually cost me money being there.

I work for a company in Central London and we were approached by "green" Courier. The sales pitch grabbed both my attention and my bosses! Sustainable, Professional Courier! Unfortunately within a couple of days we realised we were sold something vastly different to what we expected! We use up to 10 deliveries a day and not once did we have an electric or peddle powered vehicle as promised and the vehicles were older than I would dare to say! The drivers didn't seem to have any uniform apart from a bike rider who did have a logo on his top on one collection. We often book a bike and a van would turn up, we also had another company collect on their behalf! The system we booked on was dated, no tracking and not up to scratch. When we chased our delayed deliveries on the phone, we realised that they only had 2 or 3 people working in the office, and on one occasion the gentleman that spoke to us was extremely polite, but he did give the impression they just didn't have the vehicles to collect and deliver in the time scales expected. We reverted back to our original courier which we found were more "green" and had a fleet to deliver our expectations. And we could track the riders and drivers! Sorry City Sprint we wont leave again! Sorry to be negative.

The delivery came on time but the driver littered on the road outside my house despite the company being ‘green’. They sped off and shouted something at me out the window when I approached.

Have been using them for the last 12 months efficient reliable telephonist always polite and helpful would highly recommend 👍

Pretty simple to see that a certain person has started a campaign against Green Couriers. As a business owner that has used this company for years I can safely say that they are without doubt the most professional company we have entrusted with our business. Personal attacks on company owners just because you feel hard done by are really pathetic and frankly childish. It's obvious all this person has done is speak to "friends" to post negative reviews. Green Couriers are here to stay and no amount of childish online harassment will change that.
Keep up the good work GC and long may it continue.

I have camera footage of this abuse and ‘Patrick hailstone’ is an employee at green couriers. I will be contacting every fashion brand and PR company to avoid working with this couriers and have already contacted over 50 companies.

Ignore the recent trolling from Maryam (Maz) Ullah and her compadres to lower the average score. Its a decent company that is expanding due to hard work from both the management and employees. I know several of them and the disgusting comments being posted by her and her friends are simply untrue.

Driver verbally abused woman and was threatening for no reason. Police investigation pending. Bizarre behaviour and owner of the company is a rude, arrogant, gaslighting cretin x

Outside my house on Friday, a driver sat in his van marked Green Courier.. He did not get out ....nor did he deliver a parcel. He ran his engine throughout the 20/30 minutes that he was parked at the kerb, and also had his sidelights lit - although it was mid-afternoon and broad daylight. We rang the company to say that our street air , which was unusually clear and clean due to Corona, was suddenly dirty again.

The woman who answered the phone claimed that the van was LOW CARBON. sop that it was just fine to run the engine. Actually it is not. If it t has a diesel engine it produces large amounts of NITROUS OXIDES which are far more dangerous than CARBON MONOXIDE AND CARBON DIOXIDE. , Running an engine, whilst stopped has surely been against the law for several months now,?.
