Quality and a Bargain...
The composite front door that I bought is just perfect for my needs, and in very good condition - a bargain - and better than it was described by the seller!
Peter, the delivery driver, was both friendly and helpful and delivery was on the Monday following the Wednesday I bought the door - pretty quick.
I'm a happy customer!

Fab company, bargain sash windows
Great communication, I had some questions about the window and they answered them quickly and clearly. Great value for such a high quality item and delivery was a bargain, sash windows are heavy! But the Green Doors team had no issues delivering - thanks for a great experience!

Good quality, prompt delivery, very pleasant people.
Very pleasant chatting on telephone, and no problem adjusting the order when I wanted a different item. Delivery very reasonably priced and within a good timescale for my project. Peter who delivered was friendly and efficient, and called en route to give ETA. Keys for items were securely fastened and everything arrived in good shape.

They were exceptionally professional
They were exceptionally professional, the delivery time was excellent and the driver was very polite the goods were as described. And being able to pay a deposit with balance on delivery was excellent.
I would recommend.

Excellent customer service - respond quickly to all messages. At last minute I arranged collection and they instantly sent someone to go get the door from their other warehouse about 20 minutes away. Could not fault this company at all!

Decent experience
Decent experience. Not great, not bad. Purchased a lovely door from this company which was as described. I rented a van to collect in person and was advised over the phone to get my own bubble wrap. It turns out that 'All items are wrapped in our van foam system to ensure that our items don’t get damaged' applies only to items the company delivers. In transit, door was scratched and am paying to fix. Lesson - do not collect. Have them deliver and inspect upon receipt. Post-purchase care lowered score. if not, would have been a 5

It is disappointing that the rating for delivery was only 3 star as you collected the item in person, so the problems you encountered where not within our control.
We do inform customers who wish to pick up items in person, or have them picked up by a third party, to bring appropriate packaging material as we are unable to supply.
As a company we are trying to reduce environmental waste so all our vans use thick reusable foam sheets to protect goods in transit and to give these to customers would be neither environmentally friendly or cost-effective.
We are sorry that you scratched your item in transit and reviewed your journey home just 3/5 stars, but we would always recommend using our in-house delivery service which, we feel, offers great value and a safe carriage of the goods purchased.

Beautiful windows, excellent service
Ordered two windows and the communication was really good and the delivery was quick. I hesitated at first but I would definitely buy more windows from Used UPVC again. The quality of the products are accurate and the prices are very fair.
