A group of pseudo-feminist…

A group of pseudo-feminist businesswomen who are attracted to the victim-hero image. They attach their name to Greener And Cleaner volunteer's work for the occasional clout chasing on social media and to spread their toxic and dishonest views which have nothing to do with sustainability, thereby having a negative impact - not that they genuinely care.

Most online reviews are actually written by these women and their circle of ideological recruiters. One of these women also turns up to workshops a few times to manipulate attendees into writing positive reviews about the workshop, then makes it seem the review is about her and the company. A highly narcissistic group.
