Today we have had our new solar panels and batteries commissioned - service has been good again - Jamie / Kav today was polite and the roofers on friday was brilliant to - overall decent team

Rapid, almost too rapid, 'summertime' installation. It makes me wonder just how stable their business is? I was lead to believe that it would be far less messy than it has been, and communication was poor between the 'contractors' and the company. Coordination was really not the greatest. There is likely to be no hot water for four days, and a pile of rubbish left behind.
The physical installation was well done - by contractors - but beware of the size both of the pump, and the radiators! They're bigger than I was led to believe.

Ask for Emma in Customer Service, and she will work hard to sort out any problem. She is a treasure

Just had my annual service on my air source heat pump and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. The gentleman who came to my home were very polite and helpful in anyway they could! Very pleased with this company. I would more than definitely recommend.

I was absolutely amazed how straight forward everything happened. It took just two days to redoing everything top to bottom. All heating system pipes change, all radiator changed and finally heating pump put in place. Since first day Jordan and Sam arrived 8am on dot and started the hard work. I really appreciate you both and you did great job. Me and partner sending the best wishes and I really hope by time all house holds will take the right decision and gonna change gas to the Air pump and if you consider this please choose Greener Living Ltd you won't be disappointed.

I recently moved to a new property with a heat pump, and Daniel Pouncey from Greener Living just visited to give it its first annual service. This was a lot more difficult than it should have been due to some cladding installed by the previous owner, which blocked access to the outdoor unit. Daniel worked patiently through all the issues for far longer than he should have needed to, made sure the service was completed properly and was polite and friendly throughout. He left me with a much better understanding of the system overall and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Thanks!

An annual health check is just
As important for all equipment, just to ensure that it's doing whatever it's designed for and this company does just this as well as responding to ene situations that occur.

Greener living have been very good throughout. Got 16 panels and 6.6kwh battery storage. They’ve done exactly what they said they would do and when so no complaints. The only delay was with the G99 approval letter which took some time to come through but don’t believe this was down to GL. Emma in customer Service has been superb from Start to finish. Thank you

The people in the office were very professional and helpful over the phone. They answered all the questions I had to ask with great technical terminology. Couldnt be more happy with the outcome of this business! Would definitely recommend.

Last week during the storms, I had a power cut which shut off my heat pump and I wasn’t sure how to handle the situation. I called the company for advice and not only were they super helpful on the phone they actually sent someone to my home the same day. Fantastic customer service. Would recommend this company to anybody.

been a year now and still my batterie not working since
the day put it in now will not take my calls. And will not call me back. now in the hands of my solicitor.

From the moment the team arrived at our home they were on it, the floors were covered & furniture moved ( Without an issue ) respectful & all round good guys …. Until the job was completed they never stopped! ( Jordan & Sam Our team ) went above & beyond & even cleaned up afterwards. A credit to your Company these Lads are professionalism at its finest. This is purely for engineer Daniel who eventually fixed a leaking compression joint on the pipe work.He was interested in sorting the problem and did so in a efficient professional manner.

It has been a nightmare with this company since January. Installation of the heatpump was done in a hurry, placed wrongly, left scaffolding on for 8weeks, did not correct the job, despite various calls emails and photos, before taking scaffolding down, honestly, the whole experience has been a scam. In addition they have been giving me wrong details and appointments for correction of this mistake. Just git to know, they use other companies to complete their business. I've been passed from one company to another. I can boldly say that Greenerliving IS A SCAM

The Technician Dan was very polite and professional, he went through everything with me so I was happy. Greener Living is the company I would recommend if anyone wanted Heat source Air pump central heating.

The worst decision ever to have Greener Living install ASHP - i was on LPG before which they said would be way more efficient , but my costs more than doubled than that of LPG throughout the winter months!!! since the installation in feb 2022 i have tried an agonising amount of times for them to come and look at my pumps due to the high running costs etc - they sent an engineer out who had been there a week who said looks okay , but ill get Dave to call you!! - Following that visit , over 17 emails sent , loads of calls and nothing ! I had a different firm come out and they stated it had been set up so bad it was like doing 70 miles an hour in gear 2 down the motorway .... any way £3k later and still no response my ASHP are working as they should. I have reported to Heis and MCS and again a waste of space and simply not interested. Absolute abortion of a service and a very stressful 16 months .... Overall worst service i have ever received. Its a horrible thing to have to complain , but if there is one thing i am certain of, is you will be in for a terrible time if you use this company !
