What a horrible experience it was to…
What a horrible experience it was to use Greenfee365 for our Thailand golf reservations. The local representative (Fairways of Eden) are not able to make any changes to your golf bookings; even if they confirm modifications by phone. You pay the booking date on Greenfee365.. You want to change your booking date? Hey sorry guy, you pay the initial booking date.No changes possible.

Just for your information, we handled several requests for you during your booking process:
General booking arrangements
Cancellation of several bookings
Requests to move tee times to later dates
Moving your Royal Hua Hin booking to a later date
All of these changes were completed and confirmed to you within a maximum of 1–2 hours.
In total, you already received three changes for each of your bookings, all of which were confirmed and correct as requested. The situation only became difficult after a fourth change was requested for one specific booking, followed by a request to cancel that same booking. After already modifying the same reservation three times, we were unfortunately no longer able to cancel it in line with the booking conditions.
We always do our best to assist and accommodate changes as quickly as possible, and we believe we responded promptly and professionally to your multiple requests.

Update about this lying site.
I previously wrote a review regarding the fact that you charged me almost 600 euros without delivering the service you promised. It has now been over 1.5 months, and I have still received no meaningful response. The only communication I have received consists of misleading and untruthful replies to my earlier review, which do not address the issue at all. There has been no refund and no proper follow-up.
This situation is unacceptable. If I do not receive a response immediately, I will take this matter further through formal channels.
