we recently purchased our first home with help help of parm. I honest have to say we could not have done it without him.

He is so quick and efficient and we couldnt have asked for anyone kinder and more helpfull to help us in this process.

it was such a quick process that we viewed the property on the 7th of november and received the keys on the 8th of december!

Trevor has been truly outstanding!
A friend had recommended Trevor to me after they had used him to secure their own mortgage. As a first time buyer I felt extremely anxious and like we were really diving into the deep end. We are also both self employed and wanted a mortgage on a property that was certainly not straight forward. I have never experienced someone in any profession show as much dedication, patience, passion and empathy as Trevor showed us. I say with a little shame I certainly wasn’t the easiest of clients I’m sure as i have been a stressed wreck through the process yet Trevor was ALWAYS available to answer any questions and concerns, iron out any discrepancies and always did so in such a calming professional manner. I whole heartedly believe had we of used any other advisor I would have thrown the towel in long ago and I would never have been able to get to the stage we are at now.
