Some bulbs were dried
Some bulbs were dried, and in some packages the quantity did not correspond ( - 10, - 20,-30 bulbs). I hope that in the future they will be more careful and put quality products as before.

The bulbs were with mold and rotten
The bulbs were with mold, some of them totally rotten, most were afflicted.. Part of them were unusable and had to be thrown away..
When contacted support team, I receive answer, that this is normal at the end of the season.
I feel disappointed with the quality of service (without offering an adequate solution in this situation - applying at least a discount, or partial refund, or voucher..) I have reserved orders in the amount of several thousand euros and considering the possibility of canceling them, if the quality and attitude is like this..

The bulbs you bought indeed have some mould, which is inevitable at the end of the season. We have therefore advised you to plant the bulbs as soon as possible. Superficial mould does no harm, the flower bulbs are strong enough to just grow and bloom. We would like to ask you to wait and see what happens with the flowering.
