I have just had an airsource heatpump installed. The process from start to finish has been very efficient. The house plumbing was not simple but the engineers Ben E and Andrew sorted everything out and all seems to be working well. All the engineers and staff have been a pleasure to have in the house, polite, tidy and easy to deal with. I am delighted with my really warm house and would strongly recommend Greengen.

Poor customer service. No show for scheduled appointments. Lack of communication and faulty equipment.

We needed to have an EV charger not sure where to go we first called a well known energy supplier who also supply EVs and a variety of other related products. The sales man told me such a different tale - making it sound horrendous, compared to the experience my cousins’ had.
So I rang GreenGen here in Helston, the lady I talked to, reassured me that it sounded wrong! She asked one of their team to come and chat to us. Alan came, he explained the whole process clearly and totally understandably, taking into account our solar panels. He proceeded to take a survey, all sounding more and more in line with my cousins’ experience!
We received a good proposal from Sophia, popped up to discuss finer details with her and paid the deposit.
On the arranged day the engineer came on time with a cherry greeting - we met Treeve, from the first he listened to us and reassured us that we could have the actual charging unit inside. He made this totally possible, he worked so hard - always smiling answering any questions we had. He was a pleasure to have around the house. Finally he got us on line using the app,
This was an excellent experience all round from our first phone call to the final finish. If there were more stars to give this very excellent group of people especially Treeve then I would!

It was real pleasure to welcome the GreenGen team into our lives. Following one of those 'light bulb' moments my wife and I decided we must do somerthing about our dirty LPG heating and so called in GreenGen for an estimate to have solar panels fitted and a new air-source hearter installed. We were fortunate to have a budget and with the government grant for the air-source heater we agreed to go ahead. The professionalism of the teams involved and their capacity for hard work and deadlines was impressive. Their approachabiliy for people of our age (we are in our 70s) and sympathetic responses to our basic questions meant we felt safe in their hands. Naturally my wife and I would recommend them highly.

Thankyou George and the crew. Ours was quite a big job requiring pipe work from scratch throughout in an old granite house with modern extension, the work which required maximum disruption but was carried on around us respectfully and we were able to live comfortably throughout it all. Our questions, however daft were always answered. The workmanship was excellent, the working area was always left tidy. It was heartening to see apprentices doing such a great job, and we’ve now got a lovely warm house. Very impressed 😀

Although a slow start on the installation, Craig and Adam were very professional and friendly, did a neat and tidy job, explained everything in an understandable way and answered any queries. They worked hard and seemed very knowledgeable and competent in what they were doing. The system works well and is responsive: our large detached house feels warm and comfortable. Time will tell with regard to whether our energy bills are reasonable.
Unfortunately, getting answers to queries from office staff was not always so straightforward.

GreenGenUk have recently installed an air source heat pump to replace our old oil boiler and oil tank. We were extremely happy with the quality of the work carried out by Ali and Dan. As the system was an existing older system which had to be adapted they did a good job in solving any teething problems. We would recommend GreenGen.

From the prompt reply to my initial email to final installation the whole team at GreenGen have been excellent.
Once I had contacted the company and explained I was working to a very tight deadline due to the loss of my original contractor. Everyone was honest and clear about what could be done.
Products options were clearly explained, and professional advice was given when I asked for it, at the initial meeting and again during the plumbing managers’ survey.
I have nothing but praise for the team who fitted the system, for their politeness, communication skills, attention to detail ability to think creatively and install the system in a way that took into consideration my future plans for my home.
Added to this, they were always punctual, finished on schedule and left the place tidy.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and neighbours.

Ryan, Jordan and the team were spot on for the two weeks that there were in our home fitting the new heat pump system. Everything they did they asked before hand, kept us informed and cleaned up at the end of every day. Good system knowledge which made what was a disruptive job be not an issue. Obviously proof will be in the system test but I have no worries that’s it all done to a great standard. Well done team and GreenGen 👏

From my initial contact to completion of the install, Green Gen have been an excellent company to deal with. No hard sell at any time, just helpful people that know there product willing to help the customer through the process with as little fuss as possible.
The price for my large domestic system was very competitive, all high end products installed. The guy’s who fitted my system were neat, tidy, funny and knowledgeable a great bunch.
Green Gen a Cornish company very hard to fault. Highly recommended, Thank you.

Info from Cameron was extensive, and he updated several times without complaint.
Installers of the PV roof equipment were quick, tidy and polite. Special praise to the electricians, Ben, Fin and Felix for their work and feedback.
However, the length of time it is taking; 3 weeks and counting, to get the service pack and Solis App sorted is disappointing. Please get a move on with this guys!

We had no problems with the fitters, they informed us what they were doing, how long it would take, always tidied up.
The problem we have encountered is with the office staff and their lack of customer service, saying they will get back to us, but not doing so. This is trying to make appointment for engineer to come and check a problem we are having. Poor customer service from phone conversation (with whoever answers the phone) lack of response from our email follow up, if this is customer service how will we fare if we take out the service plan?

GreenGen have just installed solar panels, a battery and a heat pump for me, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I was extremely impressed with the guys who did the installations – they were very professional, working to extremely high standards, and very pleasant to have around the house. In addition Ben E, who did the Heat Pump installation, was creative in thinking around various issues that arose, including advising a much better location for my pump, and made all the pipework and trunking look absolutely immaculate. Max handled the installation of the battery and the inverter with similar precision and professionalism. The guys who installed the solar panels were also great. I was also impressed with Josh in the sales team who was patience personified with my endless questions and requests for more information at the start of the process.

I initially placed the contract for having a ASHP with another company but eventually cancelled that after having trust issues.
Went back to GreenGen who have been excellent in sorting my needs. No problems in communication from them,and when it came to installation time Ryan turned up, was prompt every day, respected my property and was polite and kept me informed as to what was going on. Then Zack and Treeve came to do the electric side and were understanding in all of my questions.
Overall well satisfied so far with the installation, now waiting for the colder weather to test out the heating side.

We have just had a solar system with battery and an Air Source Heat pump fitted by GreenGenUK and the experience was excellent throughout. Alan came to see us twice to discuss our requirements and help us to decide what system would be right for us…… no pushy sale talk just good honest advice. All of the trades people (roofers, electricians and heating engineers) that came to do the install (which was quite complicated) were very polite and friendly and showed a huge respect for our property;they were always prepared to answer any questions we had. They were all very professional and worked very hard to finish the install within the time quoted, which they did. All of GreenGen’s office staff were friendly and helpful whenever I raised any queries. It was great to get our install completed by a local Cornish based company and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is thinking about ‘going green’ with their energy. We have seen a huge difference in our energy usage since we had the solar and battery fitted and are now ‘selling’ excess electricity back to the grid. Thank you GreenGen.

Greengen carried out our air source heating installation last month. We would particularly commend the installation engineers, Ben and Andrew. They were polite, friendly, tidy and communicative, making every effort to consult us when there were any options on positioning. A little electrical tidying up was required after but was dealt with quickly and any questions we have had have been answered fully and with courtesy

Craig and the team worked professionally and really went the extra mile to make sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible throughout the works. We had solar and heat pump installed and it was a complex job. They worked the weekend and long days to get it completed to schedule and were polite and diligent throughout cleaning up everyday before they left. We couldn't be happier with how the job went and we are left with a very professional set up. Thank you!

GreenGen installed our solar panels 3 years ago and did such an excellent job that when our air source pump packed up it was a no brainier to ask GreenGen to do the job. From Alan coming to give a quote to the boys coming to install everything was done professionally. Everything was explained to me, my carpets were covered and every day everything was cleared away. Special thanks to Morgen & Adam for doing such a great job, not forgetting Rachael in the office, always friendly and getting things sorted. A great local team who I would have no hesitation in recommending.
