AVOID GREENHAUS**AVOID GREENHAUS.I PUCHASED A TRADE VEHICLE FROM GREENHAUS. I WAS TOLD IT WAS MECHANICALLY OK. DROVE FOR 6 HOURS ROUND TRIP FROM WATFORD TO SHREWSBURY & BACK TO COLLECT THIS CAR. WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF INSPECTION IT WAS BLOWING OUT STEAM BECAUSE OF A SERIOUS OVERHEATING PROBLEM. GREENHAUS COULD HAVE BEEN TRUTHFULL & SAVED MUCH TIME & MONEY BY BEING STRAIGHT & HONEST. I recently ordered a new car through Octopus Leasing and received excellent five-star service throughout the process—until it came to the delivery, which was an entirely different experience.
The vehicle was scheduled for delivery by Greenhous Group Shrewsbury on July 18th; however, the delivery was cancelled at the last minute. I was subsequently informed that this was due to the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) being completed only the day before, during which a fault with the air conditioning system was identified.
The delivery was finally completed a week later, but the vehicle arrived in a condition that suggested it had just come off the Boat—unclean and clearly not detailed. I ended up spending the entire Saturday, nearly eight hours, trying to bring it to an acceptable appearance, as the grime was deeply embedded in several areas. The experience was both frustrating and disappointing.
I asked the delivery driver to record the condition of the vehicle on the PDI form but later found out that no such note was made.
While Octopus Leasing provided great service, my experience with Greenhous Group Shrewsbury fell well short of expectations.

I ALWAYS return to Shrewsbury to get my car dealt with as I get good service even though I travel a long way from Barmouth
The free park and ride bus ticket makes the journey worthwhile as I don't have to sit in the garage whilst my car is being fixed and they always call me with updates and when it is ready for pick up

5 Stars – Excellent Experience with Lumen Corvette
Had a great experience buying my Corvette through Lumen. Ben was fantastic to deal with — communication was always clear, honest, and straightforward throughout the process.
It was also great to see Lumen working alongside the Corvette Owners Club during the launch weekend — shows they’re genuinely engaged with the Corvette community, not just selling cars.
The car itself was absolutely spotless on delivery — clearly a lot of care was taken in the prep. I’ll definitely be back when I can justify stepping up to the Z06 (or more importantly, convince my wife!).
Yes, the Corvette is still fairly new in RHD form here in the UK, but don’t let that put you off. The car is every bit as good as you’d hope, and the service from Lumen — and especially Ben — was top notch.
Highly recommended.

Utterly terrifying. Illiterate not just in terms of punctuation but in terms of a complete inability to respond to questions or requests. Took 3 months and a pre-protocol court letter threat. At no point was there any coherence at all in these exchanges. So is that a) They just don't understand? b) They haven't the wit to see it might be important? or c) These people are just plain crooked?
I suspect C. though it's clear they use poor sap illiterate 24 year old salesmen to hide behind who don't really know what crooked means. I wrote a letter (a proper, mailed letter) to the MD and never got a response. His name is Ashley Passant and he's the son of the Company Director, Derek Passant. Unsurprisingly, research showed me that Derek Passant has been director of no fewer than 11 companies since 2004, 9 of those companies having the address of Greenhous in Telford.
I did get my money back but it's because I threatened to sue. (This on a £19000 car) 3 months of my time wasted. They get them from auction. No one had checked this (the electrics only part worked) they absolutely couldn't give a monkeys and no one knows anything about the computers on the cars they're selling or how they work (hence the wasted time). Even to the last of it, no one told me when someone was picking up the car (they just arrived). The pickup guy didn't know he had to check it for 'fair wear and tear' and it could have just been a write off in the end. I couldn't get hold of anyone and the guy nearly had to go all the way back to Welshpool (I'm south of Bristol) because I certainly wasn't going to let it go without seeing the money in my bank. I might just have been out.

Don't let it mellow you. It's a complete and utter bent PR stunt. Not only that, it's cut and pasted, like their cars.
MOT revealed a failure item which I then authorised remedying. Subsequent car service also revealed a problem item I wasn't aware of (single tyre puncture) which I also authorised remedying. Despite all the additional work needed my car was ready for return to me by the time I had requested when I booked the car in. This was the thing that made me 100% satisfied.
