All very efficient
All very efficient, especially offering quick release if not cleaned, which happened to be very helpful this time. The only issue was that in the video tour of the car it was almost impossible to hear what was being said.

Be prepared to wait
I was extremely impressed with the quality of service that I received from Mr. Murray Jones when I went to enquire about the purchase of a car. He spent a lot of time, on the computer, looking for a suitable car at a price that I was comfortable with. I had recently had my car written off and at that point I explained that I didn’t know anything about buying a car or even anything about cars. He took this on board and explained things clearly.
However when I went back 2 days later, as agreed, to pick up the car at 4pm after I had agreed to buy a corsa, the wheels appeared to have fallen off the wagon!!
I was kept waiting at least 30minutes before being acknowledged at which point Mr Jones came over , apologised and offered me a coffee and to tell me that he would be another 20 minutes . There were at least 3 members of staff available who could have done that.
I appreciate that Mr. Jones was extremely busy but me being ignored didn’t make things better.
50 minutes after arrival, at the showroom, I completed the paperwork and was handed the keys, I had expected to be escorted to the car but that was not the case. The fob I tried didn’t work so I went back into the showroom to be told that the spare fob hadn’t been programmed and to come back in the week, but to use the other one for the time being . I felt that after I had committed to the sale of said car that I was “on my own” and the customer service was not important.
I’m sorry to be negative but that is the impression that I got and was disappointed.

Over the years, I have purchased a number of cars from Greenhous. Salesman Ed was excellent with my recent purchase. Attention to detail and procedure very poor
(1) Do inform customers BEFORE they arrive that those taking a courtesy car while having their own cars serviced will be required to show a driving licence.
(2) Do ensure when informing customers that their serviced vehicle is ready for collection that it is indeed ready for collection and NOT 1 hr after said notification.
(3) Do ensure that the customer's service record is updated BEFORE they drive their car away.
Anything else will appear incompetent and unprofessional requiring, in my case, shuttling between home and the service centre 8 times!
It is now 4th October and Greenhous has still not replied - it is all too obvious they only respond to favourable reviews. Very poor customer service.
