Impossible to contact them. All items were supposed to be on stock. Ordered, order postponed because one item is not available. I asked if it's possible to replace it. No replies. Asked few times to cancel the order. No replies. Now I am just wondering will I ever get my money back.

Terrible experience. Bought two lamps and delivery date keeps getting postponed and postponed. Contacted them twice to get the order cancelled and there refuse to do it.

This is a cheatshop. Very bad! I ordered a lamp (tripod), it came and it was the wrong colours and the wrong material and really cheap quality. It had nothing to do with the picture.
They tell you that you can give the product back in within 60 days but no one answers the emails (i wrote more than 10 to all different email addresses i found for this shop) and when i call they just speak spanish and tells you to call another day.
I wouldn’t recommend to buy something from that shop. It will cost you a lot of nerves and energy.

Took me 2 months to get the ordered lamps, once arrive one of them was broken.
No replacement has been sent yet and customer support tries to avoid you at any cost.

I was stupid enough not to check reviews from a company I had not ordered from before. I ordered sth that was available online and later told was not. I had to wait 4 weeks for the order and when it finally arrived, it was thw wrong one. Requested my money back which took another 2 weeks and was told they won't reimburse transport for something they delivered what I did not order. Very foolish

Cancelled my order a week later.

Paid, was told there was no stock and that I had to wait 2 weeks. A week later I receive a message saying I need to wait another month.

No thanks.
Be transparent and have my full trust, act dodgy and greedy, you won't get a single cent from me.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I purchased €542.86 worth of LED's and drivers.
The assured me at time of purchase that all the items were compatible and had all the same connectors.
The sent me drivers and LED's with different connectors and now refuse to reply to emails or resolve the problem. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely expensive and slow delevery. I was supposed to get the LED COB and LED driver within 24H which was the only reason I bought it from them even though they took as much for the shipping as they did the actual product. It ended up taking them well over a week to deliver the package and they did not agree to any form of compensation.

The worst quality products.
All bulbs fail within a couple of months max, some in a couple of weeks.
They do not care, they have even terminated their ownership of this Trust Pilot Review Page... So they know how bad they are.

A horrible company. Dont trust. One star is very kind.
I paid 26 euros for a led lamp. It was supposed to receive in 24 hours.
Three weeks went by without any information from either the seller or the carrier.
I made a complaint on paypal, and the company responds with a tracking number that doesn't exist.
They tried to continue to deceive me. A month later paypal refund my money. If i had used another form of payment you would probably be robbed by them.

Extremely slow deliveries, very difficult correspondence and wrong goods.
I do not recommend !!!
We wait 3 weeks to receive our wrong products, we get only apologize and th question was completed. They return my courier 5 days without any information.
Do NOT buy anything from them!

One product was broken, after contact, a replacement was send directly

One star is still too much...worst shopping expirience i ever came across.... they say 3 days delivery...and took them 5 weeks..and received a product that totally didnt match the desciption.....i never take the time to write a review but this was soo bad i couldnt let it go away

Ordered 10 LED bulbs from this company, have since ordered more of another type.
All delivery was as promised so was happy.
However, 3 of the 10 LED bulbs i ordered have failed within a few weeks. Advised them of problem, they asked which product which i told them... Did not hear from them after that. I guess they know the products are poor quality.
Not what i expected, this makes them very expensive, so may as well just buy from the Chinese shop.
Can't see me using this company again

Ordered 7 led strips, paid in advance. It took weeks before we received the package. Much to our surprise it only contained 1 strip. Mailed the customer service who claimed that 7 strips were sent, and who advised to file a complaint with the incident department. Mailed incident department on 19 January, today it is 31 January and still have not heard back, nor received the missing led strips, nor received money back. The package we received was very well wrapped and obviously had not been opened, so no way the other strips were stolen, as suggested by Greenice. Why would a thief take 6 strips and leave 1??? They just packed 1 strip and I fear I will never receive the other 6 and that my money is gone. It is not a huge amount, only 20 Euros, but I still feel robbed.

Update: in the meanwhile received all strips, but it took quite some e-mail correspondence. I will review my rating into 2 stars.

ordered 16 large LED panels, product initially never arrived. greenice could not provide a correct track-trace for the products and after many complaints and no reactions we finally received 1 of 3 parcels. A week later we received parcel #2 from a different courier and yet another week later we received parcel #3 from yet another courier.

Delivered to the netherlands in 4 days! Exactly what I ordered and it does what it has to do

I was a bit hesitant when I found out that I was buying from Spain, but the downlights arrived in 4 days, well packed, and of perfect quality.

I hade a doubt about how to assemble them and contacted their customer service who passed me on to their technician. Solved the problem in perfect english!

Will definitely buy from them again.
