I have givien this company lot's of money and chances to turn themselves and the services they offer and deliver around, 2 years and $x,xxx dollars, they are the worst ever, never delivered on what I bought, can not get customer service, emails / calls / chats not answered, no SLA's, no care for customer satisfaction at all, our website down for days and days, no care.... email been down 2 weeks no care. They will see I posted this and try to fix things, just to all the same to happen again and again, stay away from this Company and their sister American Logo Designers, there's a third company also, all the very worst (sorry for my bad English), just very upset I let them take me over and over again, my bad for hanging in there, they will not change. There's a reason they are not in the BBB. Only giving a 1 because 0 is not a option, they don't deserve any rating.
Update as of August 11, the Company contacted me twice, after I explained that everything in this post was honest and true, they asked what they could do and I stated honor your refund policy and the refund request I sent following the posted refund policy, the person on the other end from American Logo Designers then hung up on me, the 2nd call I stated please honor the refund request I sent, and they also hung up on me. This is a very bad company to do business with. They could have honored "their" refund policy and I would have updated it here, however no positive actions from American Logo Designers, thank you for reading this.

Update September 8, 2023: no contact from either of these to companies, no refund, nothing as how these companies do their business, they scam and leave you.

This is the worst company you will ever come across. It's one big filthy scam. Please stay away as it's just a money pit. Please please stay away.

Those people are into scamming you.
Gaining your trust by doing a little work, then having you pay more money and then you'd realize that you got scammed and they never delivered the project.

Greenlake designers, American Logo designers, logo jeeves ... All the same company and it is a gigantic scam. I have lost over 5k because of their con game.
They initially deliver a logo, not without pain and having to repeat the instructions over and over.
Then they conned my by having me dish out more money to do an e-commerce site for which I have never seen its completion.
They are good at talking you into paying but do not deliver. Be warned this is a scam and they need to be reported to the authorities.
If you read this and have recently made a payment call you bank to cancel it. Otherwise you will be scammed. Their goal is to gain your trust by doing a little bit of work then have you spend more and then it is too late you can't get your money back if your last payment date beyond a certain date.

I just started an online abstract art business. Being new at creating a business, the staff really helped me through all the steps. They were easy to reach by email, phone or text. If they were in meetings, they would respond by text that they would call me back, and they did.

I started working with Jennifer, the Sr. Account Manager, who was very patient with all my questions and concerns. I then started working with Austin, the Business Development Consultant, who was also very patient and encouraging about my business.

The only issue I had was unexpected charges. But they did work with me to give a discount so the payments were more manageable as I am not working at the moment.

But the website looks awesome and I would recommend Green Lake Designers. Jennifer and Austin really put their best forward so I could be happy with my website, stamps, and business cards.

Green Lakes Designers built a great website for us, but then they started making other charges that were not mentioned in our initial conversation. They come up with, well we can't publish it until another few hundred is paid. We paid that and it was published, we were able to edit (we are a 501c3 rescue) and we could also ask them to add or move items, for months we have gotten no service and are unable to log in to make any changes ourselves. I have talked with three different people that were going to help, and they would, if we paid another 2 or 300 dollars. We have about $2,000 invested in their promises and are now stuck. I am going to sue.

This company is a fraud. Charged me thousands and did not deliver. Please stay away from them.

Terrible experience. Ordered a package in November to americanlogodesigners.com. Contacted by them later. I've been promised to get it before Christmas as it was a present.
As of Feb 1 project hasn't been completed yet.
Promised 24/7 customer service. nobody reply. when they did it was only to try selling some other BS.
Contacted customer service many times. Vague and evasive. They reply only when heated messages are sent but then.... nothing happen. Requested to get my money back no answer received yet!

Be careful, those people are thieves. One of them Oliver Smoot is a manipulator. I need FBI to investigate and help me get my money back. FBI, FBI, FBI please help. Lost more than $3000, just for a logo and a website that I never get.

Greenlake Designers previously Logo Jeeves took over my account when Logo Jeeves stopped operating, go have a look at Logo Jeeves, the first search that pops up is Logo Jeeves Scam. Greenlake reached out and let me know they have all the info about my account from Logo Jeeves and everything is good to go. My website has been down for over a week, Green Lake hasn't returned my email nor has done anything to fix the problem. I paid for the domain for 3 years in 2020 and currently it shows my domain is not paid for. I can't complain about the quality of the logo I had done but absolutely everything else has been very unprofessional and communication just isn't there at all. I personally believe their objective is to do such a poor job on the website side that it forces you to have a reputable company try and buy the domain so your website can operate.

I hate these guys! Do not use them! I tried to have them design a site, it was awful, took months, was riddled with mistakes and problems, and never delivered to satisfaction. They lied about the money back guarantee and refused to refund. Always an extra charge for things and always a poor job. I really can't recommend against them enough if you are having websites done.

I've been working with a logo design company for almost 2 years, now. Was connected with two other individuals that I felt everytime we talked, it was always about money spending of mine. Since then I was introduced to Ms. Jennifer Roger's. From the 1st call we shared I could tell she was motivated to help me complete my business's website and had a lot of fantastic ideas to my business being successful!
I won't do business in the line of work she's carried me through, WITH ANYONE ELSE NOW!

I have never in my life seen such unprofessionalism. I originally contracted through All American Logo Designers but had my own logo. I was only needing the website and they were going to throw in some extras for free. I originally confirmed my contract with Emily & it was assigned to Alan. However after several unanswered emails & text messages i decided to call the number on the website and was advised that neither are with the company anymore. Wondering why i was never contacted or made aware of this. I was then assured that the issue would be resolved immediately and reassigned to a Jason. Forwarded the original contract over and was told that i would need $500.00 for a Domain & $1000.00 for a host in order for my page to go live. I was dumb founded upon receiving this text because this was no where on my original contract. I originally advised that once all money was paid and updates made then my website would go live. All i just want at this point is my money back and be done completely with this company. I was told by Jennifer in there so called legal department that they were not going to refund my money and in her words i would loose my dispute. I dont understand why when this company has not even sent a business card less lone completed my website. All that talking over me trying to exert your authority role in your company was not needed. But i will be forwarding this complaint over to the BBB as well. Because the way you handle my business deal was completely unacceptable.

Terrific designer and project manager. A true pleasure to deal with and the only person I will work with moving forward because of her great personality and skills. She was not afraid to challenge me at times which is exactly what I needed.

I started working with this company in October 2020; opening a new business so I could have a Plan B because of Covid. Alan and the team did a great job in designing my logo; I will give them that. When that was done I signed on to have a website done but within 24 hours some things shifted in my world due to a family emergency and I reached out to cancel. Unfortunately, I had paid up front for this web design. Here I am 10 months later, trying to get a refund when I said I would pay the "penalty". I can't get a phone call returned or an email answered. I just want to resolve this issue.

Responding to your reply…8.30.21 I would not enter into another project with your firm under no circumstances. My next call, State of California. It is not right that a company takes money, doesn’t provide a product and still insists they are in the right. The buyer beware flag keeps going up.

Save your money and invest with a quality web designer. We paid in advance and our website was down with no security. Terrible customer service.

Lovely and easy experience! Will certainly do it again.
