Did not fit

Part on their website included my bike model but actually did not fit. They charged me for return postage and later changed their website description removing my bike model from it. They would not accept any responsibility despite me contacting them immediately after my online order was made, as well as including a note in my order in their checkout procedure, checking that the part fitted.

Purchased a shirt xxl but was actually…

Purchased a shirt xxl but was actually a medium. Marked up wrong by manufacture but Greenland customer service is truly awful. They can’t get another one but won’t do a refund until it’s been collected by manufacturers who are based in America. Shocking. I would not buy anything from them !

'Price match guarantee' is a lie

Filled out their price match guarantee form with two other sellers selling the same item for less, and GreenlandMX replied basically saying they didn't want to match it because those sellers might not be making a profit.

Good experience ordering from the UK

The web site is very good and it looks like a British company but in fact they are in Spain. When I realised I was a bit concerned that I would end up paying duty and VAT but I had already ordered some Acerbis parts and Oakley lenses, so I sat tight and waited. I spent over £120 so I got free shipping, I got an email saying the stuff would ship within 5-7 days and as promised it shipped after 7 days, then took another three days to arrive. When it arrived the order was well packed, correct and in perfect condition, and I didn't get charged any additional fees. For me the only downside is the time your order takes to arrive, also I'm not sure how easy returns would be, but based on this experience I would certainly use GreenlandMX again.
