Always a friendly service. My new lawn was laid during a hit July in 2022 and with good watering and care from LawnCare it has faired extremely well. It gets many compliments and looks green all year round. Very happy with the service me and my lawn receive from LawnCare. Thank you .

We used to be happy with the service but the last year our lawns have deteriorated. We have spoken to the guy who comes about it but nothing has changed. So we cancelled our contract. Through numerous emails not once have they addressed our complaint about the state of the lawns but are just trying to get a late cancellation fee from us. First saying it’s due to the cost of sending someone out which they didn’t. When this was pointed out then they admitted they didn’t send anyone but are charging anyway. Very poor customer service. I would have expected at the very least to ask for photos of the lawns or offer to put it right? But no… they just want the money .

Always explain things if I am not sure about what the treatment does and always comes on the day specified unless illness or similar prevents that.

The lawn looks worse than when this 'treatment' began. Different employees came and went, with no reference back to me or explanation of what was done.
For constructive and effective help I strongly suggest that the client is involved and informed.
I would not recommend this firm.

Don’t think the weed killer is doing much

Very professional and knowledgeable, reliable too. Excellent service, well informed about next treatment, what it’s for and when it will be and reminders sent nearer to the time. Highly recommend.

Another great year of service helping to make our lawn to look so much better.

Wouldn't come when they said they would. I would leave my property open at the side so they could enter, yet they failed to come on numerous occasions. When I called to express my concern, they would simply say "that's the way it is". Poor communication.

They also wouldn't clear up all the aeration mess up, as they stated they would do. Overall, I think it's easier to do it yourself, for what they do or go to a local gardner who will take pride in providing personal caring service.

The lawn treatment and seeding done today is looking really good. Even my two big weeds have disappeared because of the scarification machine. 👍

Prompt and timely service. Given my speech difficulties as a stroke survivor they were courteous and gave me the time to converse with them and understand what they are to be doing. Initial problems with emails going into 'Junk' but sorted now. Edges of grass haven't scarified so well and not cleared the moss as well as other areas, but it is only the first treatment cycle.
