Great service and fast delivery
Easy website to navigate thru, found what we wanted easily and delivery was super fast. As we’d ordered 2 x iphone 11 I got an email to check that that was the correct amount. Great service and we’ll be dealing with them again.

Only had it a little while but …
Only had it a little while but it seems a great phone - pristine and as described. Prompt and easy service with fair price and payment. The ear pods however were not supported by the phone sadly (any chance of appropriate ones instead?). Would have loved some basic instructions but understand this isn't 'normal' anymore. All in all a good experience! and would buy again.

I bought a refurbished phone and it is immaculate. Not a mark on it with high battery health too! If you're thinking of buying a refurbished device I would use this company over other ones (CEX, Music magpie etc.) It's better value for money and the customer service is a step above. I had some queries before ordering and Amy was so helpful throughout. Delivery was super fast too, would definitely recommend this company.. you won't be disappointed.
