After passing through the customs exit, turn right into the departures area to find the counter and collect your car. Sent an invoice for damage …
The company looked at the wrong photos regarding the vehicle condition when it was returned. Advised I had caused the damage and invoiced me.
I challenged this, resent the photos I’d taken on collecting the car and they canceled the invoice.
Not impressed but at least they rectified their error.

Super smooth experience
All went smoothly from collecting the car to returning. Payment straightforward and the deposit, minus the charge for the carnet, returned very promptly.
Only reason for not giving 5 stars was the fact that there were a number of pieces of minor damage to the car. This didn't cause us a problem and there was absolutely no hint of us being blamed for any damage on return. The car just felt a bit 'tired' and in need of replacement soon.
