I only gave it a 3 because of the good work of the staff member we dealt with. Booked the car weeks in advance, got there, no car! Then wouldnt release the car without me paying more as my credit card, which they happily accepted upon booking, had 3 months till expiry, another issue. And to cap it all they tried to charge me £100 for a parking offence that occurred in the car whilst i was 30000 feet in the air above England! Needless to say i will never book again

The company has not returned the deposit
Rented a car through this company, the car returned without any issues. The company has kept the deposit on the excess policy of nearly £900 for over two weeks after the termination of the rental. I am incurring heavy interest on by the credit card. In the end it is not economical to deal with this company.

I would like to commend the entire staff at this agency—especially the person who came to pick me up at the airport. As an elderly man, I had become lost, and they were patient enough to wait 45 minutes for me!!!!! The vehicles are spectacular.
