Powerbank is completely useless

My friend, who has been stealing my powerbank for our whole trip to Europe so far, finally decided to buy one of her own. Unfortunately, she bought one at a tourist atteaction, an hour out of the city we are staying in. Because of this we have no hope of returning or exchanging for a working one. The power bank does absolutely nothing for either of our phones. The website suggests that it is the cord, but we tried with two of her cords and two of mine. All four of our cords work just fine in other charging situations. It is the Green Mouse powerbank that is the problem. It is clearly fully charged, because the lights are all on (we charged it fully before using), however when we connect either phone, it does absolutely nothing. It doesn't register that a charger is connected whatsoever. She has an Iphone 12 and I have a Samsung Galaxy s25 ultra, and it doesn't work with either phone. 0/10, do not recommend.
