Vi her hos Greenoff vil forsøge at gøre det så nemt som muligt at hjælpe vores kunder til at tage hensyn til miljøet og dermed give en hånd til vores alle sammens fremtidige planet. Det kan være sådan noget som hvor meget genbrugs plast er der brugt og kan det genbruges igen, eller hvor meget strøm og affald genererer din printer/kopimaskine. Det kan også sagtnes være i forbindelse med fragt at producenten komprimere deres produkter således at der udledes mindre Co2 ved transporten. Very positive and experience with these guys as a business customer. The first refurbished laptop I got wasn’t up to the advertised standard, and they had a new one shipped to me for the next morning after an email and a photo. Excellent and straightforward customer experience.
I purchased a refurbished thinkpad t480s from them. The one I ended up with was in great condition underneath the vinyl refurbishment sticker they had on it (all refurb places put these on) and yeah. Quite happy.

Poor communication on shipping
Good service marred by poor communication on shipping. They did not seem to know how many boxes they were in fact sending, giving rise to an unnecessary email exchange about “where is my stuff”.
