Excellent Customer Service
I’ve been using this product for my diabetic dog for over two years. It took some time and research to find suitable food that had quality ingredients, was low in fat and contained good carbohydrates. My recent order needed customer service input and the service was first class, with the product delivered promptly the following day. My dog has been on Green Pantry for…
My dog has been on Green Pantry for about 8 years now, and touch wood, she is as fit as a fiddle! She has a sensitive tum, and used to be on the Trout kibble, but now she’s reached middle age and is susceptible to a widening girth, I have put her onto the White fish kibble, which she loves equally. I normally buy large bags from a pet shop, as I like to support local independent retailers, but this time I decided to buy two of the large bags, so ordered them directly from Green Pantry. It was very easy, and the delivery was not only free, but also very fast.

Great product, great company
I have used this company for around 2 years and can highly recommend them. They deliver on time and if you have any queries you can call them and speak to someone (not a bot) who usually is able to resolve any issues. My 2 cocker spaniels love this food and I am happy to be feeding them with a good quality dog food.
