I never got to speak to anyone
I never got to speak to anyone. I was on hold for like 30 minutes so I just hung up! It tells you that the call back system doesn't work but then it tells you to put your phone number in if you want to call back. Very confusing.

My issue should have been resolved…
My issue should have been resolved weeks ago. But the agent would not escalate nor take steps to contact the creditor to find out what was the problem. The agent keep apologizing and directing me to wait and call back in a week. I called 3 times for 3 weeks until I just demanded because the creditor said that they never the document. This event was stressful and could have been avoided.

Hello, so far the process has been great. I've made my first payment and I'm working on the next. Still pending a few creditors to accept the terms but the customer service has been wonderful and communication is steady.
