Very odd delivery policy on their website. Their delivery policy on their website states if a parcel is lost or damaged upon delivery, it is not their responsibility. They note their customers have to contact the courier and deal with it themselves. This is incorrect, in line with the consumer rights act, it is the responsibility of the retailer to rectify any issues with the courier, lost or damaged parcels. The retailer chooses which courier they use to deliver their parcels so anything to do with the courier is their responsibility.
I was met with a rude response from the company when I brought the issue up and they’ve blocked me on social media 😂
Please be aware before buying online.

Update from response - I’m definitely reviewing your company. Please see your notes under your ‘delivery policy’ on your website. This policy isn’t in line with any consumer law. Which? Have a helpful, easy to understand guide titled ‘How to complain if you receive damaged goods in the post’ that may help you understand the consumer rights act.

Absolutely fantastic small business. I was desperate to get my bunny mad daughter a new release Jellycat Lavender Smudge Bunny, and I KNEW they would fly off the shelves. I messaged their instagram page and got a response the same day with when they estimated stock to arrive and was advised how to get an email to inform me when they did. I signed up, and low and behold got the email earlier than the expected delivery date. I ordered online, it was an easy website to follow. Fair pricing even on postage. The bunny arrived beautifully packaged and in a perfect box to protect it during shipping. It arrived in very good time and I am just thrilled with my experience from start to finish. Ordering was very simple. I didn't receive the confirmation at first, so I phoned up and Jade was very helpful and patient with me. I received my parcel and was so happy with the product (a very cute and lovely sad Lachlan rat). Would definitely order again to support this amazing business.
