I have faced the problem of delivery, and they just leave the burden and responsibilities to the customers 🫥☹️. It is the worst experience ever since all my online purchase experience😭.Really disappointed and won't purchase anything from them forever 😞 😔.

I got this bag in red and it’s just beautiful! I love the size and shape and seems to be great quality. I’m excited to use it on my travels but it is also suitable for day to day use. Very happy customer.

Return process and policy is unacceptable and their policy is not transparent on their website. I found their fabrics and goods to be poor quality and wanted to return what I had ordered. The choice I had was to either (a) take 35% return of funds and keep bags or (b) return bags at my cost of over 41 Euro.

I like it but it’s too small maybe a little bit bigger.

I love this purse...
I had never even heard of this company before, so I was hesitant to buy online. I'm so happy I did. The size is perfect for me, and I love the over-the-shoulder strap. It's just big enough for my phone, my trifold checkbook, and still leaves me room for my glasses, chapstick, gum, a pen, etc., in the four outside pockets. I have two friends who have asked and are planning on ordering just because they love the perfect size. I went with black, but they have plenty of other colors too. I'm thinking of ordering another one in a different color. This purse is definitely going to be my go-to traveling bag because of its size and hands-free carrying. Don't hesitate; the company is amazing. They even sent me shipping updates on its arrival, and the purse came in its own cloth cover—fancy! Oh, I forgot to even mention the purse is made with great quality and materials, with big zipper pulls. I can't find anything negative about this purse.

I bought 5 of the Lyone bags! Which is such a great value! The bags are sturdy, they hold even the bulkiest of wallets and are easy to clean! I highly recommend getting this bag for yourself or as gifts!

Solid brand overall. The style is clean, the materials feel premium, and it works well for daily use. Had it for a month now and it still looks brand new (which is rare for me—I’m rough on my stuff!).

Such a great deal for good quality bags! I love how much it fits, and it all came in its own dust bag. I like how it you can adjust the length of the straps, too.

I love my new bag.. I’m 63 and have always used leather bags..It sounds silly, but with my Arthritis they were getting heavy.. This bag is like a feather, so comfortable and adorable.. it fits everything I need ! It took a hot minute to arrive and the updates were iffy, but when it did arrive I was thrilled. I bought the off white with the yellow accent!

I like this purse because it is lightweight and has several compartments to fit all my needs. I also like the shoulder strap because it makes it easier to carry as I use a cane to get around.

I’m truly happy with this purchase. The bag arrived exactly as described and shown in the pictures – beautiful quality, soft leather, great structure and very well made. The removable pouch, magnetic closure and size are perfect for everyday use, even for my laptop. You can really feel the quality. I’m impressed and would absolutely recommend Greenpomme / Pomme.

we had a problem with the delivery but the staff was very kind and present. The bag seems little butinstead is full of pockets and i love it!

It’s a nice everyday purse. I needed one to hold my phone, wallet and a few items. I get many compliments when I wear it.

The order arrived pretty fast in a decent amount of time ( i am from switzerland) Everything was in a good package for protection. Quality feels OK for now.
