Wish I’d read reviews.
Avoid at all costs! Only received 10% of order. Been waiting 4 weeks for the rest- website and customer service now down. No response from chasing up. Note: Avoid at all costs.

Order not processed for delivery. Contacted the vendor numerous times and been told that it will be delivered on different days. Now seeking immediate refund and escalating the issue to trading standards and the police.

I'm not even convinced they had any intention of processing the order. If i'm honest I wouldn't even now believe this was a legitimate enterprise.

My advice would be to avoid and keep your money away from this business.

Order placed on 28th October, for 2-4 day delivery. Items not received as at 11 November and no answers from various telephone numbers, what is worse is voicemail on main number is full!. I have left email requesting a refund and will update if received.
Imho this is a business to avoid.

Don't order from these people,it's a scam and you'll recieve nothing.Luckily i only spent a fairly small amount with them but it sticks in my throat being stitched-up.Ordered items a month ago now and still nothing except a couple of e-mails but no resolution.STAY AWAY from Greens Essentials.Am on to trading standards now.

I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order.
Took over a month to eventually get a refund for the goods not delivered on the order , the part of the order that was delivered arrived damaged , crushed and parts missing . Packing was totally inadequate . Customer service completely unacceptable and just made you feel like you want to give up . Save yourself a headache and don’t order

Failed to provide the order, failed to respond to voicemail messages, and no refund yet. It has been weeks and today was the most recent date by which they stated delivery would occur.

As experienced by others I also ordered on 18th October and am still awaiting my Order. I cannot get replies to my email and when I call the shop number I get an answer machine. If I try the mobile number given in a text to my mobile following my order my smartphone alerts my to a possible scam number. Prospective Purchasers be aware.

I would put zero but can’t. Unfortunately my experiences in the last few days are the same as other reviewers. I ordered on 21 October as at today’s date I’m still without the items. To go from ratings of excellent to such poor comments/reviews really makes me think this company may be going out of business.

Still waiting for a refund
I placed my order but when enquiring if it would be delivered they said they had lost it. I cancelled the order as it wouldn't be arriving on time. They were processing the refund. They're still processing a refund 6 months later. Then get a response that they can't do it and it's my problem to take it up with the proces

Absolutely horrendous
Bought sweets worth £15
I got absolutely no confirmation or response for weeks!!! I then wrote on their reviews page, only to find my order has now been cancelled when I checked the order number. I have not gotten my refund and I am unable to contact them.

i have been waiting a month and no goods i feel silly i should of looked this site up i normally do, i have sent lots of emails and apparently they are waiting for shipment? i have asked for a refund but no reply
i wont be using them again they need to be investigated who else have they got money off? its terrible with the cost of living i cannot afford to get another lot of what i ordered it was a present

Ordered item six weeks ago. Chased on several occasions and received email confirming courier delays and will dispatch express delivery. Chased again and same promises were made. No answer when calling and mailbox full so unable to leave a message. AVOID using this website. Seems a scam and will report to Trading Standards. Don’t waste your money.

Absolutely rubbish! I purchased some chocolates and got an email claiming they would dispatch it within 48hrs. 2 weeks later, still nothing. Another reviewer mentioned they got their refund after saying they'd call the police – I did that but no reply from Greens Essentials. They ignored my emails for a refund. I then contacted my bank and the next day Greens Essentials cancelled and refunded my order. ADVICE: Don't order from this place. I've had the worst experience ever with them! On a happier note, I found the same chocolates for £2 cheaper at another website and it's been delivered today morning.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! I should have looked at the reviews before buying from here for the first time. I purchased £40 odd worth of crisps and was told in my confirmation email that it would be delivered by Evri courier within 2-4 days. I placed my order on the 28th September 2024 and this is now the 1st of November and no order. The guy is a total scammer! I tried contacting him on the 4th of October via email and no reply. I tried phoning the business number today but it says his voicemail is full and it won’t let you leave a voicemail, and he doesn’t answer. I’ve now been trying to battle with my bank to get my money back via phone calls and LIVE chat. This guy is a total fraud and should be reported as such to the Fraud Squad and Police services. Would have left 0 stars if I could have. The amount of people he has conned is unbelievable.

Ordered almost one month ago - still not received, no refund provided; have reported to Trading Standards.

Just buy a box of matches and burn your cash!!? It's cheaper and quicker than the life draining misery of dealing with this Scam company

Prime in stock isn't in stock. Promised dispatch dates fail to materialise. Upgrade to free next day delivery is worthless. Two weeks later no response. Bank issued a refund. Prime ordered from Candymail on the same day arrived the next day. Do yourselves a favour, order your Prime from Candymail instead of these clowns.

What a shabby company. Taken my money, no goods no replies and am now trying to claim a chargeback via my bank

Would not even give one star if allowed placed order 28/09/2024 delivery 3/4 days no delivery contacted them Walker Johnny replied slight delay due to third party sent email 10/10/2024 then later told to refrain from sending emails as would go to back of queue in the hands of bank to recover money date 30/10/2024

My order was over £240 and delivery was quoted at 3-5 working days. 6 weeks and hours of emails later they finally refunded my credit card when I threatened to call the police.
Waliur responded to all my emails courteously, but never really did anything.
I would avoid using them ever again
