Great service and excellent customer service

Please don't order from this website. It's my first and definitely last time I do. I should have checked on here first. Your order won't arrive. You'll send several emails saying it'll be posted soon. It won't. You'll ask for a refund but unlikely you'll get one.
I ordered a birthday present over 11 days ago. It's not arrived. The promise of delivery was a lie. It's too late now anyway because I've got to buy something else for the recipient. They don't seem to want to give me my money back. I keep getting told be patient.

Despite promises Greens essentials failed to deliver goods after full payment. Still waiting.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I paid £40 for goods which were never sent. I tried contacting them but either per no reply or it kept saying that their email doesn’t respond to inquiries. Can’t contact by phone. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Then they sent several emails saying I hadn’t ordered from them for a while! What a cheek!!

Just reading the reviews says it all. I had the same experience. Customer orders , they don't deliver, customer complains several times, they say they will refund, they don't refund.
Totally scammers . Complain to the police or trading standards ( or both).

Took my money but never delivered. Fobbed me off with lame excuses. Jayson said he'd refunded, but he never did. Complete fraudster.

I ordered 9 large bags of popcorn, they sent me a tiny box with a single sheet of newspaper in it! I had to jump through hoops to get their attention, and it took them about a week to reply to pretty much every one of my emails! After a month of exchanges, they claimed that they refunded me, but I didn't get it! They blamed the bank and then cut off all contact! RIP OFF!!!
