Great service
Your staff are knowledgeable, cheerful and helpful. The quality of my lawns has improved since you have been treating them. There is a lot less moss and they are not as springy to walk on.

I didn’t ask for scarifying and…
I didn’t ask for scarifying and aeration. I was not at home when you came. I was expecting the regular summer treatment but you carried out that plus scarification and aeration.
I now have a bill for over £200.

We’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the recent visit.
Prior to attending your property, your local office attempted to call you to advise of the planned treatment, but the line was engaged. They also emailed you to confirm that scarification and hollow-tining would be carried out as part of the visit/
Following your review, they attempted to contact you on multiple occasions to discuss the matter and have since left a voicemail apologising for the inconvenience and offering a resolution.
As a goodwill gesture, your local office are happy to write off the charges for scarification and hollow-tining. They would only ask that the Early Summer treatment charge is settled, as this is part of your agreed seasonal programme.
We hope this resolves the issues, and your local office will be happy to answer any questions.
