Excellent communication with customers and good general information about lawn care. Our lawn has improved over the many years we have been with the company.

Disappointed that the operative did not make contact as we were in the house at the time and the first we knew he had been was the pellets on the lawn. I would have liked to have spoken to him as I am not totally happy with the state of the lawn.

Your straff at the front line looking after my lawn are great and very polite. My poblem is with your back office staff who keep sending me a statement for the work carried with an attachment which I cannot dowload and have to keep asking for a hard copy. Will you please either get the attachment that I can download or send me a hard copy of the statement

I felt lack of communication was a problem. I did not understand that lawn treatment meant taking the grass away completely. That came as a total shock.
