From the initial call with the salesman, to the hand shakes at the end of the installation, Greentech Renewables have been exemplary. Gina, the administrator has been incredible with her swift responses to my questions. The lads installing have all been fabulous, polite and well skilled.
I have found the whole experience wonderful

Great company to deal with, thanks Gina and Andy for all the help installing solar panel system, much appreciated.

A very refreshing change to have contractors come to our home to undertake work in such a professional manner. From the very start they kept us informed of the process, answered all our questions promptly and offered lots of useful information and advice. Everyone who had the need to visit our house arrived promptly, the installers have done a good job, turned up on time and spent time and effort at the end cleaning the work area. If you are genuinely interested in having solar panels fitted I'd highly recommend this company.

Quick appointments, very efficient installers and they use quality branded products, with guarantees. Everything explained at first visit and again by installers. The price was very affordable too 😊 and Gina was extremely helpful.

The team at greentech from the office members to workers have been extremely helpful. If I had any concerns or needed to ask any questions they have been a great help and the workers who installed the solar panels were lovely.
I had a great experience with greentech! Thank you for everything.

From the start of our search for a solar installer, Greentech stood out from the crowd. Their sales team were not at all pushy and provided unbiased advice. Their quote was the best we had, with no sudden 'discounts' to secure the sale (unlike some others). The pre- and post-install service was brilliant and the system seems to be working perfectly. I would thoroughly recommend Greentech Renewables.

Good job, they did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it.

Fantastic company, I would highly recommend. My panels went up in no time and all communications were brilliant. Thank you 😊!

Investing in solar panels is a big decision, and before we got ours I read a lot of reviews, so I thought it was important to be as helpful and honest in this review as possible. The first thing to be very clear about is that GreenTech renewables have been fantastic and come highly recommended by us. We have had our panels for exactly 1 month now. We got 15 split between east and west roofs. We got quotes from 4 different compaines, including some big ones like Octopus energy. During the quoting process, Greentech were the only company to actually send someone to our house to survey it. All the others used Google maps, which was adequate, but someone coming round in person was so much more reassuring. It was Sid who came round, he was very knowledgable and listened to all our requests. We then continued to get quotes from all 4 companies. When the quotes were in, GreenTech were happy to match the lowest quote, and were happy to agree to our requests about splitting the panels between two roofs (double the scaffolding) at no extra cost. The installation process was smooth and quick. We had a technical survey which was carried out at a time that suited us. The guy who did it was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The panels were put up in a day with a day either side to put up and remove the scaffolding. The workmen arrived in teams (electricians and roofers) and were all extremely polite and worked very hard. I should add here, that we asked one of the electricians if he would come back and double check something for us because we thought there might have been a funny smell coming from the electical box, he came back within 2 hours, double checked everything just to put our minds at ease. The smell wasnt the electrics at all. It was something completely unrelated (nothing to do with GreenTech). Once installation was complete we were talked through the process of using the app and filling in various paperwork to sell our excess electricity back to the grid by Gina. She replied to our various emails always on the same day they were sent, usually within a few minutes. She was happy to help us manage the more intricate areas of the app (which we are quite addicted to watching now!), such as charging our battery from economy 7 electricity overnight on poor weather days. She has been extremely helpful. As for the panels themselves; they look great and all of the predictions that GreenTech gave us estimated that we would save approx £100 a month on our electricity bills. More in the summer months and less in the winter. But it would average out to about £100. We use quite a lot of electricity because we have an EV. We have had the panels for one month now (March 2024), it hasnt been great weather, lots of rain, lots of cloud, and the odd sunny day here and there. But our bill has come out at almost exactly £100 lower than our previous bills this winter, so the data that GreenTech gave us about how much we would save have been proven to be extremely accurate too.
Overall, GreenTech come highly recommended by us. Our experience has been excellent, and we are very pleased that we decided to get our panels and battery from GreenTech.

Very good communications from start to finish.
The installer group [electricians and roofers] were efficient and non-invasive

Throughout the process Greentech Renewables were straight forward and efficient. All questions and requests were handled efficiently. The quality of information and workmanship was excellent.
From quote to post installation (the scaffolding removal and documentation supply) everything was handled with a calm professional approach which made me glad I had chosen Greentech for this large project.

Good experience from start to finish. Any questions answered with good knowledge and very prompt. Installation day done in not the best weather but again very clean and tidy job. Would and will definitely recommend to others.

Went with greentech renewables for our solar panels and battery excellent service from the start to the final installation I would recommend this company 100% percent Gina has been always on hand to answer any questions you may have overall excellent job everyone were so friendly from the scaffolds to the installation guys Big thanks to everyone,

It has taken way to long to do this, but it has also given the system we had installed chance to work!
From the initial contact I was very happy with my choice. There were no pushy sales tactics, I was given the information I requested and left to decide in my own time. If I needed any more information they were happy to provide it.
We went ahead with a 15 panel system (that changed to 16 after the final site check), 5.32kw battery and 5kw inverter.
The install went smoothly, and the system has been running flawlessly ever since.
Everyone we have dealt with has been a credit to the company, and I have been happy to recommend them for other work when people ask about the solar.
We could well be getting in touch again soon for a 2nd battery!
Thank you to all involved!

Delighted with how the Belfast team have helped develop and grow our business with the range of products, knowledge & guidance which flips out to our customers

Good overall experience. I got a quote for 8 panels but when the installers arrived they said they could only install 7, in a different configuration. My roof has a dormer roof which did it make it complicated and I think explains it. The installers needed to come back another day to re-configure the inverter as wasn't set up properly and fix a bannister that was broken in the process of putting equipment into the attic. Bit annoyed I had to ask for that (hence the 4 stars) but it was all fixed quickly. Overall I'd be happy to recommend this company for your solar panel installation.
